  Can not ask for better customer service! Especially store manager Paul, he always step out of his way to help customers. For a photographer who just started my own business with tight budget, Paul gives me knowledgeable advices which helps me out a lot.

  I was interested in buying a used Camera lens, but they one I wanted was at their main Vancouver Location. I emailed them, and they got it shipped to the Richmond location within a day. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and even let me try out the used lens on the same body I have at home. Great service and selection of equipment.

  Prices and iteams are great and the younger man attending was really nice and accomodating. The other man, however, was rude and condescending.
