Went for breakfast and was impressed with the quality of the food and service. It’s nothing fancy like the hipsters are eating these days but was hearty and didn’t have to wait in line.

Excellent selection of beer wine and spirits. Very good food too. Can get a little loud sometimes when live music is playing if you want to have a conversation. Having said that though, the live music is usually very good.

This was my first visit to an Irish Pub and I can see why this one is rated as Victoria's best! The service was great, the food was great and the staff was very friendly. The best corned beef sandwich that I have ever had! My son's pizza was very good too! They had some local favorites like Poutine (fries with gravy and cheese curds, Yum!) Fish and chips, and Mac n Cheese! The building was beautiful and very nicely decorated! Lots of atmosphere!

Food was very good. However, I wasn't a fan of the self seating. Took my husband an I almost 30 min to find a place to sit. Then about 15/20 min to get served a drink. We had to ask for the food menu which took a while. If the service was better I would give it better rating. The only reason it got a three star was the building was beautiful. But the beer was okay nothing off the chart. Two stars for customer service, 4 star for food/beer, 5 star for atmosphere.

What a fun, lively pub. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the live music kicked in and it was amazing! The drinks and food are top notch. The people are fun and the service was fantastic. We cannot wait to go back.

Customer service is incredible. I have a hard time not ordering everything in this place. Drinks are in timely and food is always amazing.

A little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected for a tourist town. The food and service were good but they have the best pint of Guinness out of Dublin. Worth visiting for sure. It's a little odd that they wear kilts in an Irish pub, though.

I went with a group this PM, approximately 25 people. The service was wonderful but the 2 meals that I can speak about were not good at all. I had the Butter Oysters 3 of the oysters were the size of a toonie and about 1/2 in thick. The other 3 were not much better and all were just on the verge of being burnt. My feeling is that if you cannot serve good size oysters, take them off your menu. My partner had the wild salmon, the salmon was great but the rice dish was bland. She asked the salad to be left off but they added no other colour to the dish than pink salmon and white rice. We will not be going back to the restaurant.

It shouldn't be news to anyone that Irish Times is one of the two best pubs in the city, along with the Bard and Banker. Here you'll find good a good selection of beers and liquor, and a good selection of food as well, although it is all a bit pricey. They also have excellent live music every week.
