  Great prices when on sale, lots of XL tall sizes, excellent product quality. Staff is always helpful and friendly. And the flannel shirts make you ten times more likely to chop wood, grow a beard or have pancakes for breakfast; maybe all three on the same day.

  Good quality, comfortable clothing. Often has huge sales 25-50% off. I regularly shop here and everyone is kind and helpful, they are genuinely interested in what uses I have for the things I'm picking up (travel, sports, etc). Last time I came in and said what I was looking for, the store rep went into the back and brought out something new that hadnt been shelved yet, it was just what I needed. I recommend their clothing for travel and running outdoors. They're comfortable, lightweight, and durable. Good return policy as well.

  I have shopped at this location for many years and have always had excellent service. The reps have always been helpful and respectful, and I have never had a problem with them honouring their return policy.
  Two months ago I returned an item and the rep commented that it looked like returing things was a trend with me.
  I GoogleD Eddie Baeur's marketing strategy. Women return on average 30% of purchases. The return policy is designed to attract a loyal customer base. A very loyal customer spends 500 to 1000 dollars a year. In a twelve month period I spent 1500. So why am I so dispensible? Please tell me.
  I went back a month later and was greeted with "Why are you back? Don't you have anything better to do?" I would love to know what I have done to merit the animosity.
  A few weeks ago I talked to a rep and was told that the manager would be contacting me. I am still waiting.
