Staff were very helpful when the airline lost my bag, loaned me a new polo shirt for my stay. Included breakfast was plentiful, but nothing earth shattering. Big bathrooms and rooms, good aircon, quiet rooms though near a busy freeway, would recommend if business takes you to the area. There's a cineplex and indoor skydiving within walking distance if that grabs you.

A nice place to stay if you find yourself in Ontario. It's about half an hour to get to Toronto from here and downtown Oakville is less than ten minutes away. The location of the hotel is great, as there's a Tim Horton's, Wendy's and gas station beside it. My room was clean and the breakfast that was included was nice. I found my stay here pleasant and I would book at this establishment again.

I stayed at this location for several days and would again. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast has a good selection of items, and throughout the day, cookies are restocked in the lobby. I also like the lobby's selection of coffee and tea available all day.

I've been staying in Downtown Toronto for many years at 'Top rated' hotels. Their rates have slowly grown to where it is prohibitive to stay.
We found a gem at the Country Inn and Suites in Oakville. Farther from the Indy race property but much faster to and fro.
Although dining isn't as convenient there were plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. I wish we could have spent more time in them.
Sadly we never had breakfast as we had to be at the Indy site long before it was laid out.
Finally, the staff were very friendly, informative (gave important traffic information), and accommodating.
I will definitely return.

First off I Travel for work weekly so I'm in hotels a lot. I have never been had such a bad experience in all my years. I got in the room at 10pm and had a meeting at 1100am.
So they sold me a room that the roof was being worked on at 700am. They said nothing to me about it. If they did i would not have went there. Then they said it was my fault i did not read the sign tape to the wall. I told them i was not paying for that room and they said i had to. They also told me head office would call me that day and they did not. All i wanted was a peaceful sleep and they gave zero cares. I will never ever give them my money again. Any other hotel would have taken care of me in some way shape or form. The people running that hotel do not care about paying customers. WHERE IS MY PHONE CALL????

Like the majority of Country Inns, this hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Breakfast includes a wide variety of items. Access to the hotel off of the 401 is very easy. This hotel is also convenient if you're staying overnight and then heading to Toronto via the GO train. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and in good repair. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. Only issue I had was I requested s wake up call but did not receive it. I will stay there again though.

Clean rooms and attentive staff. Great jacuzzi suite for the price, quiet. Free breakfast is okay, coffee is poor.

Cozy and comfortable. Clean and spacious room / bathroom for 2. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were courteous and solved minor problems quickly. Would stay again next trip.
