Don't love this location but the hotel is easily accessible and is comfortable. Nice amenities. Great views. Friendly staff.

Great location for this hotel and an interesting architectural design. Hotel is a bit stuck in the bland part of the 80s inside. The adjacent market is a great place to eat and shop.

This place has been around for years and for good reason. It is well kept and we loved walking down the boardwalk. Plus there is often some event happening close by.

+ Rooms were very clean, and the view was very nice. Staff was friendly. Beds were SUPER soft and wonderful. - Not a great area in the evening and definitely needs more signage in the parking below.

Great views! Lots of ammenities. Fantastic location.
Docked a star because we didn't know there was no hotel parking, you have to pay. It was a discounted rate but still a surprise.
Lots of construction right now but it didn't bother us.

It's a three star. Looks like it's been awhile since the rooms have been updated. And it's amidst construction these days which makes for noise. But functionally everything as expected so I didn't feel it deserved two stars although I was tempted. Would probably not go here again given other options .

It's a very nice looking Hotel although the surrounding area has a lot of construction. Hotel staff were excellent. The room service was fantastic. The room was very nice. The rates were reasonable. The fitness room was small but effective. I was also able to hit three pokestops from my room which was nice.

Exceptional service even during hectic events within their meeting rooms and lobby. Composed and knowledgable staff from each department. Will come back again.

Attended our strata AGM on Tuesday evening. The space is pleasant and well-suited for the purpose. I have two issues about the space and service. First, the chairs are always placed too close to each other for comfort. Stackable chairs should not be placed side-by-next so that they are touching. When you have adults with large hips or shoulders, chairs that are touching are too close to each other for comfort. There was also not enough leg room for a tall person to sit comfortably. Second, one of the water glasses provided had salad greens stuck to the inside of it. Staff should make the effort to ensure that any dinnerware provided is clean.

Went for a professional event. Wished they would provide parking, but they didn't (wasn't too expensive though). Facility was a little dated, though everything went well and the food was good.

Stayed here the other day and the hotel was fine, room was fine but the bed was just terrible. I went to bed at 10pm and finally gave up around 3:30am trying to sleep in their bed. I'm of average weight and size and I just sink into the thing until my arms fell asleep at which time I would roll over until my other arm fell asleep. I checked out and drove home at 3:45am, then emailed the Manager and was brushed off . They said there is nothing wrong with the bed and they apologized that I could not fall asleep. I fell asleep just fine on a normal bed !!!!!
