We loved this hotel. Well located close to shops and restaurants, rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped.

Really friendly staff, very clean with good quality bedding. Staff gave great advice on local attractions and activities. They even gave us discount vouchers for a few places.

The check in process was easy, the hotel is neat, clean, and we'll. Kept. We stayed in the executive king suiteand the room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The only down side is the parking is 39 for overnight​. Try not to bring a car. Walking around in Vancouver is very easy.

Not a bad suite layout, service was good, but there were a couple of issues with the amenities. There were a couple of missing cabinets, water pressure for the shower was low, and we were missing an espresso machine that was in other units.

My family and me spent a few nights there during December. Our stay in Vancouver was fantastic and made special by the staff at the Sutton Place. The Concierge service is amazing. We will definitely return to the Sutton Place hotel in future.

Fantastic service, this last time I stayed in the residence tower (appartment-style suites) and they upgraded my room to get me in earlier in the day - I know it was a lighter time of the year but still really appreciate the attention and the upgraded view that led to some fantastic photos. Their old bar has a fantastic atmosphere. In terms of chill-factor, still my favorite hotel in vancouver

Great hotel in shopping area of downtown Vancouver. East walk from train and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and nice. Bathrooms need a bit of updating, but are good. Like that they provide bathrobes and the staff remembers your preferences if you've been there before.
