Went here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The jacuzzi and fireplace were amazing and breakfast was so cute! I seriously would recommend this place.

So beautiful and the room was perfect- we stayed in the Celebration Room for our honeymoon and loved it. The breakfasts are amazing- delicious and beautiful!

Fantastic stay and great little bed and breakfast. The food was delicious and delivered to the room was awesome. The sheets were so soft!!! And very clean. Super friendly host.

Booked the Oriental room for 2 nights and we were disgusted by the state of it. It had stains all over the carpet, smelled mouldy. The large flat screen TV we were promised was only about 12" wide. The front door lock system was impossible to unlock and since no staff are there overnight, we were concerned we would get locked out overnight. The manager refused to come talk to us about our complaints so we just left. Now, they are refusing to refund us the one night they charged us. We have run a B & B ourselves for years and this B & B is well below quality standards.

Our stay at Humboldt House has been pleasant so far. We are staying at the Celebration Room - I love the lace and large windows, and the jacuzzi tub helps with relaxation after exploring around the city. The service has been friendly and welcoming while giving us enough privacy. The location is close to many sights so that they can be walking distance if you would like to do without worrying about parking.

Had a really lovely stay in the Mikado room. The B & B is very peaceful and quiet, and in an excellent location. Our breakfasts arrived, expertly packed and still hot, in a basket. You get a choice of four options; I enjoyed the fruit crepes. The truffles were delicious too. I would have purchased a box but it was very warm on the day we left and I was afraid they'd melt on the journey home.
