Beautiful rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Under construction at the time, but I'm a simple man who isn't bothered by that.

Stayed there after a wedding. Place was newly renovated. The room and shower was very clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet had very friendly staff.

Booked this hotel through Priceline. I've stayed before and loved it ,even brought colleagues. This facility is under renovation that's ok except the manner of the staff and total lack of amenities. the hot tub was not working, upon inquiry if the indoor pool was heated stated no . So cold pool no hot tub. 2 must haves for me and not flagged on arrival or by website. The lounge, reception area was dark at 5 and we had to find someone to serve. They seemed confused. The only smoking area available was a small table at entrance patio. If you just want coffee and sit on patio very limited seating and it is really an area for smokers- located at hotel entrance. So very disappointed.

Nice place. I was surprised they have cheap toilet paper.they could work on that. For a hotel thatz globally well known, you would expect something better.

The service wasn't the greatest here. Doesn't help when the hotel is under construction and overbooks the hotel so your group gets split up. Beds are stiff and uncomfortable

Horrible stay. Loud noise in the middle of the night… people fighting… may not be the hotel's fault, but our stay cannot get more than one star.

Can honestly say worst experience ever. Thank you housekeeping for breaking personal property. Large candles fro MY WEDDING that cannot be replaced or fixed thanks to your negligence and ignorance. One of my bridesmaid's was without AC for a day in a half, housekeeping touching items they shouldn't and customer service when calling to book rooms - I can honestly say you put Rogers to shame. I can honestly say none of our friends, family and coworkers would ever consider staying at a Hilton hotel. Thank you for making my wedding might a disaster with the staff you happen to hire!

It's a pleasant surprise to see the room has been renovated! The hotel lobby looks the same but the room is so different than the one I've stayed last fall. Very modern, fresh, and welcoming. I want my home to look like this! I realize during check out that I have the newer rooms so sounds like they are still going through remodelling. TV wasn't working but the staff was friendly and came to check right away. Although it took a while to find the problem with the electrical outlet, we found a temporary solution. Overall a very good experience and will stay here again.

I was there for a work function. The room was set up in a way that was conducive to the purpose of the meeting. We were served breakfast and lunch; both of which were delicious. Front desk staff were pleasanr and friendly

Outdated, dirty elevators and carpets.
Fan in the bathroom didn't work, they offered to change our room.
Price is high considering the hotel state.
No government or military rate, actually it was higher than the regular rate.
Wifi was good, pool was ok.
No breakfast included, on $125 room tax in, i find it a bit pricey.
Wake up call was respected.
Coffee at the lobby was good.

They have very efficient and nice room service. Clean. large TV. Microwave and mini fridge are in the room. The sink is inside the washroom. Internet included

Visited for a professional seminar. Lunch was late, microphone wasn't functional. They were cleaning dishes away while we were listening to speakers, unmiked. Decent venue and staff were responsive to our asks, but could have been better. Food was quite good.
