Wonderful! We are here visiting my grandmother and eating in the hotel and they heard that and upgraded our room so we would be more comfortable. Overwhelmed by the kindness!

Hotel has very friendly staff. Very clean and quiet rooms and the beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and the staff kept it full. I highly recommend this place to anyone. My family and I will definitely be back during our next visit Medicine Hat.

Love this hotel and people! Have stayed here many times and each time we come back we are welcomed back like family.
The Front staff are second to none. Jarett and his staff are always there to help no matter what the problem.
Tess and her breakfast area is always top rate and she is always there to welcome the sleepy head and help them get their breakfast.
The cleaning staff are helpful and I gotta say that the rooms are always clean and best yet they don't stink of perfume. They actually clean the rooms and don't try to mask the smell with perfumed powders!

Disappointing- had 2 kids with us and No Waterslide! Was told there had to be 2lifeguards on duty while slide is running, they had not hired anyone yet.. (also they don't run the slide during daytime hours on the weekends)? Prime time for young ones. The pool was also leaking and was down a few feet. We booked mostly for the pool.. so kids were quite upset.. Also, found our sheets with makeup smudges on them- had to get new ones put on. The younger guy at the front desk was really friendly, other staff not so much. Breakfast was good - why i'm giving 2stars.

Attended a friend's wedding here and had a great time with the party. The staff shutting down the party much earlier than agreed upon and previous issues that were had trying to setup this event are the exact reason for the 1star rating. I suggest booking elsewhere for any functions you're planning. Room wise they were clean and beds were comfortable.

The wifi is pretty bad. Was unable to login to a conference call for work because it would not consistently connect. The room was not as clean as it should have been (there was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor and some on one of the pillows). Not the usual quality of a holiday inn hotel.

First we were given key for the wrong room. Guest already in the room was quite surprised when we opened the door. Next room we were given had door handle that was very difficult to open. Faucet handle in the bathroom was falling off. All together not the best experience. Way too pricey for what it offers.
