Pretty standard hotel, two pools is interesting. The room was clean but some noise from the pool machinery was quite persistent through the night.

I'd stayed at this hotel previously and chose it again as it is quiet, clean and they have reasonable rates. I also like staying in the double Queen Suite which has its own entrance you can drive up to. The free breakfast included was just okay but there were not too many options.

Average place to rest. Not much space but very clean. The staffs are very nice and cooperative. They have nice pools and pretty nice routines. The only problem was the pricing, its quite expensive for what you get. But all in all, I would recommend it if you're really desperate.

The last time I was here (a few months ago), there was some confusion about our reservation. So we got significantly upraded to a room that was double the regular size. Great customer service. Also decent breakfast and the rooms were clean.

It was easy to get to from the highway. The staff where freindly,the rooms where clean and quiet. There was lots of room to put the dog crates.

BW is right off the TransCanada Hwy on the eastern edge of the city.. Check in was smooth and friendly.the room was a bit dated but the bed was quite comfortable.there is a pool and hot tub area if you wish to partake. Check was smooth with option of express check out.
The complimentary breakfast was simple yet satisfying with choice of egg omelette, bacon, pancakes, yoga, Ect.

We were able to over look the dated, small bathroom and general maze of the hotel however when front desk calls before 7:30am to confirm to housekeeping that we are checking out only to wake us up and then to have housekeeping knock on our door at 9amwell that's just poor customer service right there. We will not ever go back. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is next to Rustic Kitchen.

Overall this is a good place to stay, although one may not get what was requested (King vs Queen beds, I always have King) But they ask before they assign a room. The place is quiet. The pools are good although the Hot Tub in the front area is covered up. the rear Hot Tub had to much Chlorine in it. The Breakfast is one of the better ones, very well serviced.

This place gets five stars because they have the best front desk person in any hotel. Debbie Pickering is amazing at what she does. She aims to please and is genuinely concerned about the guests stay.

The hotel overall is somewhat dated and needs room Reno's but the staff, free breakfast, location and excellent night time service gets it five stars.
