Great little hotel with very friendly staff. Really like the added touch of the games area. Please fix the pacman machine, it's one of our favorites.

Arrived and checked in through my online booking with no problems. They had my key ready before we got there. Room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. The room even came with a PS3 and games to rent. The continental breakfast was free and the selection was good. For 63$ a night, I would stay here every time I'm in Medicine Hat. Would definitely recommend!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are professional and helpful. I would go back at any point and plan to the next time I am down in Medicine Hat. Another thing to note is that the rooms here are incredibly clean, comfortable and well priced. The sheets are some of the softest I have ever slept in, not the usual rough sheets that are at hotels!

I've stayed here twice on business now and it will be my go-to whenever I'm in the area. The staff is so accommodating! Everyone I've met here has been super helpful and polite. Also great for traveling with pets, they go above and beyond to make sure every detail is looked after. Excellent location as well!

From the moment I got here the staff have been great. It's clean, reasonably priced and I'm excited for a free breakfast! I'm so impressed with it that I googled to see of they have other locations to stay in on my trip.

I booked a single queen room a week before our stay was confirmed and give a check in number. The day before our stay I received an email saying our room with a king bed was ready for us. So ok good an upgrade! We check in pay the same price as for what I booked get to our room and its a room with 2 single beds in it. So we go back down the man at the front desk was helpful and polite and he did give us a discount. But when we got back to our room I found so far a beetle in the bathroom and a back from someone's earring in the floor that 110% is not mine

This is an excellent hotel for the price and the staff are very attentive. While the arcade area is probably set up with families in mind my colleague and I enjoyed spending our after diner time playing retro games like Pacman. For those who want to wind down with a cocktail there is an English pub across the street.

We stayed in a suite and it was very nice! The blanket was a little too thin though would be nice in the summer Also not until you get to the hotel do you find out that you rent the ps3 games ($2 each) this is not a bad price but I would have liked to know ahead of time. Also breakfast is good but you are limited on the amount of food you can have (4 items) this was the first hotel I have stayed at to do this

This hotel was such a nice surprise! Good price, good breakfast, great staff, comfortable bed and pillows with very soft sheets. Good lighting and responsive heating. Nice touches- a card and goody bag on bed saying I was customer of the day, and given a small bottle of water when I checked out. Good breakfast with big selection. Most important, very clean and up to date and well maintained.
