Quite the disappointment, I come to this establishment on a regular basis. Any other night I would give this place a 5 star review, great management and the new staff are amazing.
Tonight, we had a friends bowling tournament and we’re hassled by one of the staff there. Framed for drinking an “outside beer” at our table, though we had been purchasing beers from the bar and buying games all evening. Yes, we were busted for drinking outside which we admitted was wrong, but the bartender wrongfully kept our can and sat it on our table while we were our smoking a cigarette. One staff mentioned to check the security tape but the man with a beard was quite set on not checking the cameras without a “security reason” and promptly kicking us out. Unfortunately, this is the only 10 pin within an hour radius, so we will be back. But I am quite disappointed with our service this weekend.response / report this review -

Previously reviewed this place with a 5 but we went out tonight with a group of friends and got framed by some high school girl working there claiming we had snuck a beer into the bowling alley, saying she found an empty beer can on our table followed by the "manager" shutting down our lane mid game, .. weirdest experience I've ever had. This place is a joke.

Horrible Usually it is way better, I don't know what was going on today but it was like being in the Twilight Zone . They were terribly understaffed and disorganized . Our lane was not working properly , we were interrupted four times with them trying to reset it. "it was an absolute sh** Show"
To be fair I will give it three stars , because apparently there was something going on today that isn't normally the way things are run . Sorry guysresponse / report this review -

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star but that was the only option. Waited 20min or more to have our lane fixed. Thought would have been simple however the manager decided to serve the bar before helping fix our lane so we could continue playing. We got to play one round then we decided to ask for a refund which the rude manager said she couldn't do and we'd have to wait for the higher up manager to arrive which when you're from out of province on vacation the last thing you want to do is wait even longer than you already had for someone to come. She offered a free round of bowling but again, we don't live in nanaimo. So basically, we got charged for nothing and this place made money for doing nothing at all but be a frustration. Would never go back and told people In parking lot to spend their $ elsewhere.

Had an horrific experience last night, in all honesty would rate less stars if I had the option. I walked over to the counter because my group game had stopped, next thing I know I had the manager yelling at us and accusing that one of us did not pay when in fact we did. She continued to print off receipts, slam them on the counter in our faces quoting " the computer never lies." AND WOULD NOT LET US FINISH OUR GAME!!! All in All we ended up being right in the end and the receipt was put under a different lane. We never received apologies or anything no refund, had this lady pretty much spitting in our faces. Splitsville will never see us again, a great way to ruin our night.

I bowl Thursday night starts at 6:45 pm. If you are looking for 3 hours of fun come join a team thier just starting and thiers room for 10+ bowlers. Its obly $18. For a great time out. You dont need too be a bowler to have fun. Check it out.

Quite affordable! Good place for a night out with friends! But those damn machines that send you bowling ball back keep malfunctioning! If it happens ya, just press the button by where the balls come out to reset the system, that outta fix it!

Went for the arcade. Half the machines didn't work :( Bathrooms were a little dodgy. My toilet didn't flush friendly staff though and bowling lanes looked clean and well equipped. Fun atmosphere.

Not a bad bowling alley but they definitely need more staff for when it gets busy. On more than one occasion we have had to wait a significant amount of time for service.

Friendly staff, great rates, great bar, fun arcade! Recommend making a reservation for later games, especially on weekends.
