Front desk staff was very helpful and eager to make our stay great. The rooms are nice and clean. My only complaint would be the windows seem a little old or inadequate as the street noise even on the 20th floor is audible.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ordered a room with 2 king beds. However, when we got there, the rooms were full. They were able to get us a room with a bed and pull out sofa and free breakfast for the 4 of us. Great staff and great rooms.

Big thumbs down. We were tired and road weary from driving 7 hours straight. Looked forward to a good nights sleep to be in good shape for an important appointment the next day and then another 7 hour drive back home. We crawled into the wonderfully comfortable bed around 11pm. Couldn't get to sleep though because there was a gentleman being very loud inside and outside his room, which was across the hall and down a couple of doors. We were just so exhausted and hoped the guy was winding down from his day and would also be crawling into bed soon. Then again thinking "oh security is probably on their way now" to get the guy to settle down for the night because it was getting close to midnight. However, every time we began to fall asleep the guy was in and out of his room being loud and obnoxious! I couldn't believe there wouldn't be any security patrols to maintain the peace and quiet at night. Finally at 2:30 we were once again jolted out of our sleep by him clanking & tossing our room service tray all over the hallway. He must have had late night munchies or something yuck. He quietened down again but I called security who came up, straightened the mess in the hallway but that was about it. Since the guy was quiet again, nothing else was done. We finally fell back to sleep around 4am only to be jolted awake again at 7:30am by a female yelling bloody murder in the hallway! No, she was not just talking loud in her foreign tongue, as the front desk suggested. It was actual screaming with anger. And this wasn't even a weekend! It was a Wednesday night. When we reported our experience to the front desk on the phone in the morning, they didn't seem to be concerned at all & said sometimes that happens, depending on what events are going on in the city etc. When we explained in person to the front desk they offered us a coffee for the road, to keep us awake for the 7 hour drive home. Thank you very much for the kindness While the fella we spoke to seemed like a nice guy, there really wasn't anything of real value offered to us to make up for the fair amount spent on a weeknight room rental. Of which was purchased with the expectation of actually getting a night of sleep. The room service delivery was very fast & friendly. The food was disappointing. We ordered a pasta dish which we called and commended the Chef for the wonderful flavours. However the peas in the dish were not cooked well at all, they were discoloured, wrinkly and hard. The "garlic mashed" potatoes were POWDERED potatoes! How that can be advertised as "mashed" is baffling. The last time I had powdered potatoes was at a diner in the 1980's. There were also a couple of minor things with housekeeping which I wouldn't normally mention, since we can usually just call and have it remedied fairly quickly. But we're here anyway so: We like to wash up and/or shower at night and in the AM. It would be nice to have more than one facecloth. Since we booked for more than one person, I would think they would leave us more than one paper cup and leave out the dust and fuzz balls. Which our lone cup by the coffee maker contained. We did call housekeeping and they were there promptly with some face clothes and paper cups for coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel if you're looking for a good night's sleep or good quality food.

The location of the hotel is close to my place of work. We have business functions with their boardrooms and will often have a side bar meeting in their casual dinning area. The place is always clean and presentable with tons of natural light. Really like the place

It's a good location because it's a pretty short walking distance to a number of places downtown. The rooms are clean and somewhat modern. The service is great. All the staff are nice and helpful and they know what they're doing.
