My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. It's right downtown, so you're close to everything you could need. The hotel is beautiful, and the pool is open really late, which is amazing. The only problem we had was the parking, which was kind of annoying, but understandable in Calgary. Would recommend staying here.

Hotel was modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly as well. It is connected to the airport in Edmonton and you may bring the airport trolleys to your room if you have lots of baggage. Convenient!

They were extremely accommodating to our family! After the first night we were moved into a bigger room so my little guy could get a better sleep. They provided us with a microwave and anything else we needed! They even gave my little girl a treat bag! The staff was super friendly and was always asking if there was anything we needed. Food was great and it was close to the Science Center and Zoo. I would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Hubert was our server for our event and he was very very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean even though the hotel was fully booked at the time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complementary sparkling water but the fruit wasnt exactly the cream of the crop. The lotion/shampoo provided was above average, and the beds were wonderful. Unfortunately our neighbors decided to have what I can only assume was early morning sex with the bed frame against the wall. Not the easiest to fall back asleep to. And the previous day they tested the fire alarms Overall, though, the hotel was above average. The hot tub was incredibly relaxing after a week of backpacking, and the hotel bar was pretty snazzy. I'd stay there again.

This is a nice hotel with a good gym. Very close to the river trail. Perfect for long morning or evening walks by the river

Staff did an exceptional job. Jay & Marco at the front desk, Greg in the lounge, all super friendly and very helpful.
Check-in was a little confusing as we were told there was no parking by the concierge but then the front desk said there was. In the end there wasn't but we were handed a map to overflow. I was disappointed that there was no valet service to overflow parking. Can of Pop at breakfast was expensive but other than that the food was good. Nice, comfortable room. Clean hotel interior, room, pool, lounge, lobby etc. Absolutely would stay again and would recommend to others.response / report this review -

Arguably there are better hotels in downtown Calgary but the Delta has the quality at a better price. It's a clean hotel, friendly professional staff, free wifi, a great lounge with local craft beer and at an ideal location downtown. I've stayed here several times and at the other top hotels downtown as well, but I always return to the Delta.

Great location easy to walk to the restaurants & museums in Calgary maybe 10 minutes walk. Also the beautiful river walk is near the hotel (down road opposite).
Hotel has about 26 floors so some will have good views. Good night's sleep comfortable beds & there is a fridge in the room. Didn't eat in the restaurant as there's so many choices nearby.response / report this review -

Going for a meeting, the staff was very nice and courteous meeting all expectations of kindness and service. The hotel itself doesn't really have much to offer, but if you're looking for something that not super fancy but just need somewhere to be closest to wherever you're heading to, this place is something like that. If you're looking for an actual nice place where you can stay to relax and enjoy the downtown are, this might not be the best option.

The building may be a Lil old but everything on the inside is very nice. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Excellent pool and fitness room. As well as conference rooms that suit any size event. I'd like to go back there.
