  I purchased my second vehicle through Galaxy this summer and it was a great experience...especially because of Dusan!!   The first thing that I want to say about Duncan Galaxy Motors is that it is GREAT! There is absolutely nothing that I would change about the experience I had buying a car from them.
  I felt no pressure from Steve Meyers (my salesman) and he was so helpful & knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and also on their website. Plus he bent over backwards to help me find the exact car that I was looking for. Steve and the rest of the team were so patient with me and not only put up with my looking at multiple cars but they did it with a smile and I was never made to feel like a nuisance.
  Not only was their customer service wonderful but they also gave me more for my trade then anyone else had offered, they got my payments down by a lot a month AND they got my interest rate lowered as well. Also in case you are wondering, the new car that I bought from them is newer, nicer and has about 1 million more features then the one I traded.
  I can't think of any way that I could be more satisfied with this dealership. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking to buy a car. Stop in and ask for Steve, he was a HUGE part of what made my experience so great :)

  I hadn't planned on shopping for a car at Galaxy because it was out of my way but a friend recommended them. I went for a few test drives and fussed a little. Still, everyone was very pleasant and patient. They went over every single detail of the vehicles and, later, the paperwork with me. I also got a good price for my old clunker! Lots of choices and definitely worth your time to look. I got exactly what I wanted!

  DO NOT deal with Galaxy motors in Duncan. I placed a deposit on a truck and had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get it back. There was no paper work signed and the business manager tried to force the sale and not refund my deposit. I had to contact the General Manager of all 5 locations to get my deposit back. BEWARE of this dealership, it has multiple complaints with the vehicle sales authority and the better business bureau.
