I just bought my new 2017 Toyota Tacoma from Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria and am pleased to say it was a very nice experience. My salesperson, Nick Bhalla, was very professional, courteous and willing to come in on his days off to assist me with my purchase. This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle and I must say JP Toyota made the entire transaction an incredibly simple and enjoyable experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with both Don Rusk and Giles Bodley-Scott, 2 of the most courteous and beneficent people I've had the fortune of working with. Don went above and beyond for me when looking to acquire the Tacoma I was after, even set me up with a free accessory! Don made me feel more like a family member than a customer throughout our entire correspondence! The high standard of customer service did not end there as Giles too went beyond the expected call and worked out an incredible payment plan for me. He explained everything in detail and without any "salesmen rhetoric". The whole experience was more like hanging out with a group of friends rather than any form of business endeavor. Words cannot honestly emphasize the level of customer service that was provided. After all was said and done, I drove away with my new truck, parting with the new friends I've made at JP Toyota!! I would recommend JP Toyota to all my friends and family and anyone I know looking to get into a new vehicle!!

My husband and I recently traded in our Toyota Camry at Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria for a more recent model. Matt Higgins was the sales guy that we dealt with. Matt was great. He was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and provided it. He didn't try to upsell us or put us into a vehicle that we weren't interested in. We got the car that we wanted and drove away happy. We had a couple of follow-up items post purchase and Matt dealt with these to our satisfaction.
We found the other staff at Toyota Victoria to be efficient and easy to deal with as well.

My tire blew downtown Victoria. I didn't know what to do and called my salesperson Abe. He had the day off and still helped. He directed me to the emergency roadside assist. His colleague Phil at work arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle to go home safe in until my tire was fixed. Abe, is so passionate I wish he ran the Duncan Toyota, our entire town would be driving a Toyota. Philip is super calm, reliable and kind. Toyota is lucky to have them and I can't imagine buying a car elsewhere. They treat you like family. Wonderful place.

He is honest, straightforward, and eager to find a deal for your personal needs. The Toyota team is very professional, personable, and takes the time to walk you through the financing process and more. Looked at a RAV4 for about 20 minutes and ran some numbers with a salesman. He refused to print out anything about the package and price. We went back out to look at the car again but the salesman walked past us, got in and drove off the lot . This was about 5 minutes before closing. Also had given him my contact information so he could get back to me about a specific question he couldn't answer and never heard back. Why would I give this level of service my business?

Went back two weeks later and asked for anyone but the original salesman. A nice saleslady helped us out and we went for a test drive. Liked the car so booked a longer test drive with her. When we showed up for the extended test drive we got passed off to the original salesman! After the test drive the original salesman started calling us to pressure a sale. Not cool! He was only attentive once he saw dollar signs.

Toyota lost a sale, we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue instead.

I recently bought a new car at this location and found the team to be exceptionally helpful, flexible in the price negotiation process and very committed to making sure I walked away happy. Nick Fiduk and Nelson were very knowledgeable about the product line up and despite a very busy VIP event, made sure I was taken care of. The team at Toyota have a great camaraderie - it's nice to see that people enjoy coming in to work each day - it's reflective of a well-run business!

In the past I've found looking for a new car to be stressful and frustrating. Abe Lee is very real and hilarious- he made my experience enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family! Murray Donais providing excellent and honest advice when looking into warranty and just all round awesome customer service! I recommend you ask for Abe and Murray to help you buy your new car!

This is my sixth time purchasing or leasing a new car so I am not new at this. It's a process I usually dread as I can't stand the feeling of being pressured into a decision by a slick salesman or talked into something that is not right for me. I was so pleasantly suprised by my experience at Jim Pattison Toyota. Abe Lee is the best car salesman we have ever worked with!!! Abe is professional, thorough and knowledgeable and he expertly answered all the questions we had. He listened so carefully to what we where looking for and ensured that we got it! His enthusiasm for his job and the product he sells is evident from the moment you meet him. We really appreciated Abe's relaxed, sincere and friendly approach and I would not hesitate to recommend Abe to anyone shopping for a vehicle!!! Thanks again Abe😃.

I came to the dealership with my intentions of strictly looking. I was greeted by Reynaldo (who was amazing!) I immediately found one Corolla that I loved in the colour and year I was looking for. I left the dealership and within 2 hours I was back and talking with Reynaldo about the car. The doc fee was the cheapest I've seen around town and that is one of the reasons I knew to come there.They were very flexible on the hold fee for the car, very very nice about it. A few days later I was coming in to pick my car up and everyone there was just absolutely incredible and I didn't feel pressured at all once! They were there to help me and they exceeded my expectations of a dealership!! I highly recommend this dealership!
