  I had been looking for 2 weeks for an SUV and my first stop in Courtney I found it there. It was the first snow of the season and a miserable day, Stephen was the first one out to help my husband and I. He did a superb job and made everything go so smoothly. He made sure that I knew everything about the vehicle before I left. I have had my car for only 1 week but I couldn't be happier with it especially the heated seats. I would recommend Stephen and GM to anyone I know who is looking for a car in the future.

  I don't have a lot of experience with show room staff, because I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time and I don't go around tire kicking and test driving for the hell of it.
  So on a recent Sunday afternoon, knowing roughly the type of vehicle
  that suits me , I visit Brian McLean GM . Now, I fully understand that the initial salesman to client relationship is off to a good start if the former senses that the latter is serious about buying.
  Yet, I really appreciated the way Stephen Wakelin, conducted the entire
  negotiation, no hype no pressure, just smooth and efficient for both parties.
  To finish things, the knowledge, expertise and friendliness of Jennifer Gibson made the entire transaction a pleasurable experience.
  Also, the wit and sense of humour of Mark Moen can only
  contribute to making the purchase of a vehicle at Brian McLean a fun thing to look back at.
  And, in the meantime after a few thousand km into the neighbouring
  province I really, really like the vehicle.

  Bought a 'new to us' 2015 Silverado today and had superb service from Ryan who very patiently walked us through the ups and downs of 'senior ' buying and understanding of the new technologies!!   I purchased a certified used 2014 Jeep Compass from Brian McLean two weeks ago. My 20 year old car was no longer working and to my dismay I had to find a new vehicle fast. My experience with this dealership was so good. It would have been easy to add pressure as I had to find a vehicle that Saturday as I was leaving on a trip on the Monday. No-one did! The sales person ,Stephan and the manager, Mark, gave me all the time and test drives on different vehicles that I needed in order to make a decision. The whole experience was a smooth and positive one and I ended up with a great car that I love. Thanks to everyone at Brian McLean!

  Best car purchasing experience ever! Bret and Kim are terrific, very nice people who only want you to be happy with the car you buy! Jennifer was the epitome of professionalism, leading us through the warranties and all the paperwork! We had a minor glitch with the car once we got it home and the staff at Brian McLean's went above and beyond, going over it with a fine tooth comb and helping us navigate the technology in this new car.
  I would recommend buying your new car from this dealership, the customer service is just outstanding! They take the time to go over the features in the vehicle and are always available and knowledgeable to answer any question you may have!

  We purchased a new 2017 GM Sierra on March 14 2017 at this dealership and both Judy and I were impressed with the service we received. The sales staff Kim Cook & Bret Walters were fantastic, helping us through a major purchase without any pressure. They took lots of time to explain the features of the new truck and helped with the set up of the phone etc.
  Also a big Thank You to Malinda & Jennifer in the finance office who provided friendly helpful service. Kim, Jay & Jessie in service department also provide exceptional customer service.
  We highly recommend Brian McLean's to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle in a friendly family atmosphere. We will return for future purchases and look forward to many more years of great service.

  We were looking for a specific vehicle and found just the right one at Brian McLean. Courtney is far enough away from where we live, but I reached out to the dealership through the website and was pleasantly surprised when we received a response, but not just a simple response, a personal one via a video from Ryan Sykes. I called Ryan back and based on his presentation and personal demeanor I felt assured that a trip to the dealership would be worth our while. Telling my wife about this good guy I met, we traveled to Brian McLean the next day because Ryan had offered to come in on his day off to show us the vehicle which then turned into an agreement to purchase the vehicle. The next weekend I returned to take possession in in which I met with Jennifer Gibson who did an outstanding job at getting me through the maze of warranty options.
  Ryan and Jennifer are key assets to this dealership and to others looking for guidance in their purchase decisions.
