Went in complaining about power . Says I need fuel and air filters . I say no , I have owned enough of them to know . Truck has 25 thousand km on it . Checked the injectors . He say no . Last time I check I was the customer . After awhile , just to make him happy and prove him wrong I said to change the filters . But I want the injectors checked . Waited a week , go pick up my truck and NOTHING. They did nothing the whole bloody day except to put the flair on . Was my first and last time I darken their doorway .

Customer service was below par. Not only could Neil give me no information about my service, he responded agressively/ agitated at my questions. Another example of the company thinking you need them more than they need you. They've lost my service for life along with my coworkers.

Been dealing with them for years. One phone call and any issue I've had has been dealt with as quickly as they can. Parts department is always spot on and always nice to walk in and be recognized by my salesperson. These are the reasons I always come back.

Very unreliable. They were great the first day we went and ended up buying a Jeep. Since then, this place probably tops as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had
