Triangle RV: September 5-12, 2017
My wife and I had the pleasure of the use of a rental RV from Triangle RV Center in Sidney. The RV was a Winnebago Spirit 22.
The staff were so welcoming (Candice), and as always did a professional job of acquainting us with all the features of the unit we were going to be travelling in. The instructions were clear, concise, and informative. Any questions we had about how things worked were quickly and completely answered. Candice also gave us her number and assured us we could call or text her with any concerns or questions and she would get back to us as quickly as possible.
The RV was immaculate (it even had that new RV smell) and performed flawlessly. It was a pleasure to drive and maneuver and was exactly what we needed for the 6 days we spent dry camping at the Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association. We were conservative with our water use and used the facilities on site to shower a few times but didn’t worry too much about emptying the large water tank in the unit, we were also careful about grey water disposal and again didn’t have to worry, it was easy to check the levels of any of the tanks with the press of a button. The RV also had a generator which we would start up in the early evenings when we got back from the range to run the air conditioning, which was a welcome relief after spending long, hot days in the sun with temperatures in the mid 30’s. Late evenings spent socializing at “Camp Triangle” were made brighter with the awesome LED lighting on the inside edge of the power awning which was quite the hit with our fellow campers.
Once set up with the slider out, we had more than enough room for us and all of our gear, the layout inside was very functional as well as attractive, loved the mosaic tile behind the stove, such a nice detail! With a complete kitchen, including 3 burner stove and oven, good sized fridge and large freezer, microwave and double sink it was easy to prepare food for the potluck dinners we shared with friends. The bathroom in the unit was also well equipped with a large shower, good storage and enough room that it didn’t feel cramped at all. The bed was roomy, comfortable and easy to access from either side thanks to the slide, there were convenient places to put books and alarm clocks, nice reading lights and there were even ports (12v and USB) built into the nightstand to charge electronic devices. This RV had lots of storage, both inside and in the exterior compartments, it was easy to find room for everything from our BBQ, clothing and food to our gun bags. Everything about this unit and the service from Triangle RV and their staff made for a very comfortable and satisfying experience.

Everything, from working with our salesman, Tom, to signing all the paperwork with Angie, to the in-depth mechanical and motor-home inspections and detailing done, to the full two hour instructional walk-through with John, was clear, transparent, friendly and professional. When we brought our unit home, we discovered a relatively small problem, which we were unable to fix ourselves. Shannon in the repairs division helped us get our unit into the shop as quickly as possible, and the problem was well taken care of. We were very impressed and grateful that Triangle RV took responsibility for the cost of this repair. We couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience with Triangle RV and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, professional dealership on Lower Vancouver Island.

I found my experience with Triangle to be very positive. I did not feel pressured but rather felt they really cared about what I wanted and needed. Hats off to Wendy and Angie for being a great team. So nice to have an RV dealership and such great service this end of our Island :)

Recently bought a unit from this dealership. The salesman's name was Dave and was a very pleasant person to deal with. We had to return it to get a few things fixed. One item was a soft spot in the floor which the manufacturer neglected to put in support, my guess is that they forgot to put it in. Either way Triangle rv fixed it at their expense and that made my wife and I extremely happy. The technician's there are top notch. To all the staff we dealt with, thank you for the great customer service.

Been to this location multiple times for parts to keep my old camper in good condition. Their prices are very competitive and their staff is super helpful. It has always been an enjoyable experience.
