The good folks at Speedway have always taken great care of me and my Beetle since I moved to the island in 2009. I would not trust it to anyone else in town.
Service is thorough, work is impeccable, and Michelle and the rest of the team are unfailingly professional and pleasant. The last time I took my car in for a long overdue servicing, I was able to bring it in a day early and also to pick it up before the estimated time it would be ready to pick up as good as new. Going above and beyond the call of duty really is the norm at Speedway and I actually look forward to bringing my car in and to drinking their fancy coffees in their great waiting area while I check out the newer models.
On numerous occasions I have received solid advice that saved me money in the short and the long term and I also like that when the time comes to upgrade to a new set of wheels, all of the work done on the vehicle is on file and documented. They are quick to adjust invoices based on updated work orders (i.e. Not charging for tire rotation on an inspection when I ended up purchasing new tires upon reviewing the work invoice even though I okayed the new tires after the inspection) and was advised not to replace the battery a bit early, which has proven to save me some pesos this year too!
The staff are also very through in providing and explaining estimates as well as invoices and getting the go-ahead when any changes come up during servicing. I can't recommend them enough for routine service checks, major repairs, out-of-province inspections (they have even partnered with a local insurance company who will come to the dealership to get your inspected vehicle BC-ready :-) ) and even on one slightly embarrassing occasion, roadside assistance!

Our VW Golf Wagon was having battery issues on Friday, so we brought it to the dealership at 3:45 PM.
We thought we would have to leave the car in the shop all weekend to have the battery replaced.
Your staff member Michelle went the extra mile to have the battery tested and replaced by 4:15 PM on Friday – which was amazing.
We really appreciate that she went the extra mile to arrange to have the battery replaced that afternoon – even though the service staff were all booked up for the rest of the day.response / report this review -

If you're looking for a good car, look no further then Volkswagen Victoria. The staff are friendly and know their cars and ensure you get the right car for you. The service department is good and knowledgeable, but you're going to pay dealer pricing which is more then other places.

Start to finish, I just had the best (and quickest!) car experience at the store. The staff were happy and focused; I came in knowing what I wanted and they helped me get it, while giving me an even better deal than I had anticipated. Couldn't be happier!
