Great dealershipseriously! Second time buying. Honest and respectful negotiations. Talk to Bart Por. Good guy and no bull×××t.
Cheers!
Go here. Talk to George, most honest salesman you will ever meet. Very respectful and not pushy
Have been coming here for some time now with my Crown Victoria and now Mercury Marauder and I am very happy with the service! Mechanic was very thorough and gave a detailed write up which I always really appreciate! Service advisors and the parts staff are really friendly too.
We have dealt with MSA Ford for 30 years. Anytime we
need service on one of our vehicles they are quick to get us in the shop and
repairs are always perfect (and if not covered under warranty) they are reasonably
priced. And they make the new truck buying process easy with lots selection,
knowledgeable sales people like George MacDonald to figure out what you need,
show you all the new features and work with you on payments and prices.
I always take my 2014 ford 150 here and the quality of work is excellent. I work with Lorraine and she's very knowledgeable about the different Ford's, and she's very pleasant to work with. The prices are good, and if you need a rental, its really easy as Enterprise is right in the mall, you're in and out. The customer service is better than I've seen at most local dealerships, everyone in the service center is smiling and are very courteous.
The Service adviser's I dealt with were all very accommodating but I was very unsatisfied with the inspection the technician did on my car. I brought it in with an exhaust leak and was told there were no sign of one. I brought it in a second time because they didn't even put the car on a hoist to get a look underneath. Still "no sign of an exhaust leak." For anyone that has owned a Ford, I'm sure you can agree that they're notorious for them and easy to diagnose. I later brought my car into Budget Brake and Muffler and they found clear evidence of 2 leaks. One being a PUNCTURE in the pipe!! MSA wrongfully accepted my payment and either A) "missed" what ended up being an obvious problem or B) didn't want to sewer the reputation of the company that did the work on my exhaust in the first place.
Ultimately, most of the staff that I dealt with were pleasant and helpful but unfortunately I do feel like I was mislead. Furthermore I would not recommend their service department as I do not feel like it's somewhere that I can trust that my car will be taken care of.
MSA Ford is a great place to do business. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They have an extensive product inventory with the most competitive pricing! They are easy to find, located in the Automall near Highway 1. By far my favourite dealership in the Fraser Valley.
We took delivery of our new 16 Explorer in December and the service from George and his team was exceptional! Our Explorer is loaded with gadgetry and can be daunting to read a manual from front to back. No problem, ask George and he instantly knows how to facilitate the short cuts and show us how to maneuver through the SYNC system. We love our Explorer and how we are treated with every visit! Our other vehicle is a 14 F-150 from you guys too! Keep up the great service!
Bought our new car there and they have been great ever since. Quick to answer questions and really seem to care.
I give 0 stars. I brought my expedition to them with a problem of it wanting to stall while driving. They mislead me multiple times and charged me almost $6,000.00 in repairs to fix the problem. This problem was never fixed and the vehicle no longer will run. I will never bring another vehicle to them for repair and I will never purchase another Ford. Very disappointing that they would charge a single mother with 8 kids that kind of money and never fix the problem.
I saw your response. I would like to know what Ford is going to do because of all the money I gave your dealership for a problem that was never fixed. I also sent a letter via email to your dealership last week and no one responded. The Expedition is gone. . two other mechanic dealerships said that it was an old vehicle and not worth repairing in the first place and that Ford should have been upfront and told me not to repair it. I did ask if it was worth fixing, even though the vehicle looked good. I was told that it was in excellent shape and worth fixing. After the first repair where a new transmission was installed I specifically asked, is there anything else wrong, is it all okay now , I need my family to be safe and I was told it was fine, no other problems. When it was brought back again for still stalling I was told that it needed new spark plugs so I paid for 8 new plugs to be installed. I again asked, is everything okay, are there any other problems and I was told everything was good, there were no other problems. My daughter brought it back again as it was still stalling and was given another person to deal with, not the original person. She was not treated very well. The mechanic then told her it would cost around $500 for one thing and another $1,500 or so for another thing. Really???? We were not willing to try to sell it privately to another person as that would have been dishonest and I would never have another person have to deal with this problem. My daughter was stranded on the highway with her children in the vehicle when the vehicle decided to die. So unsafe for her and the children. We no longer have this vehicle nor do I have the money I paid to Ford.
