Amazing place for kids and adults of all ages who love water. Lots of slides and water features to play with. Reasonable food and drink prices. Arrive early to ride slides without waiting. Been twice and will come back again.

My family and I have enjoyed our time here. The food isn't great, but the prices are good. Lots of staff to keep us safe.

We arrived an hour after open and measured up our son to see what slides he can go on and he got his 42" bracelet. With a 42" bracelet you're allowed on all but 2 slides which require mats to slide down with. Two hours go by and he loses his bracelet going down a slide.. No big deal just go and get another one which they replace no problem. Here's where the problem comes in.. when we get there he gets measured at 39.5" which prevents him from going on basically all but one slide in the children's area that's no bigger than a slide at a neighborhood park. Apparently fallacies indoor water park has untrained staff who can't read a measuring stick measuring children all day. As I look around the park I see children the same size as mine with 42" bracelets. I'm concerned about the safety of this park and the children in it.

In need of some upgrades but overall a great experience. Staff are friendly and the good was standard concession good. Glad they allow outside drinks. Overall would go back

Very lovely atmosphere and staff are very helpful and quick to attend to your needs. Attached to the Skyline Inn and about a 7 minute walk to Clifton Hill and 2 minute walk to Falls Avenue. Stayed at the Skyline Inn and was very pleased with the service of the staff and a clean room.

The water park is rundown it looks like they've not renovated since the 80's. I found the air quality to be poor which made it uncomfortable as it was so hot in there. If you're asthmatic like I am it's not fun. Luckily there is an outdoor pool as well so you could step out for some fresh air. We only spent a couple hours in the park and the kids didn't want to go back. We stayed at the Skyline which is an old hotel but it's clean. The beds are not comfortable which is disappointing considering how much it cost to stay there. Clifton Hill was a tonne of fun.. Lots to do and see. Just make sure you bring lots of cash as everything is pricey. All in all we had a good time in the Falls but will definitely not do the water park again.

Fun factor is why I give this place a 4 star. We had so much fun with the kids we lost track of time. The price of the food there is actually reasonable which is rare in Niagara falls. The big kahuna burger is actually very good and very big. The slides are all super fun and the staff looks like they are also having fun. We booked a hotel package and the price including water park and hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the place looks like it is in need of a refresh. Some of the floors need repair and the platform to take you to the larger slides could be done better. Otherwise such a great time.

We normally visit great wolf but fallsview indoor water park facility is as good and perfect for family to spend a day trip in Niagara area. The fast food service in the park is decent and staff is friendly. They seems to be serious in safety and I feel comfortable to let my kids playing in water park. The parking under the park is a bit expensive but close to Clifton hill. If my kids are older then I may park north of Victoria ave that is cheaper and walk to the park instead.

This is a great waterpark for families with younger kids. I would say ideal would be ages 4-14.
The biggest attraction, a water tree house with multiple points of interaction, is really for 10 & under.
Highly recommend coming during the week! We came on a Thursday afternoon and the place was near empty - no line ups for the slides!response / report this review -

This is a very nice place for the young. My children are 15 both boys. They did have fun but fallsview Waterpark is geared to younger children. 18 slides is misleading. Only 8 slides on adult side and kids found them slow, short and boring. If you plan to go stay at hotel it works out almost same price as day pass but you get two days of swim. The children stated great wolfe lodge is better. It was a nice fun day out but not worth the cost if your kids are over 12

It's good , fun but compared to the ones in USA they fall short, they need proper maintenance. The kids had fun. One thing l will say they accomedated my child with disability, they allow one adult to supervise for a free admission. If you go to Costco and get your tickets you admission is 28.95$. So money wise you save. I'm not saying this place is falling apart, just needs a over hall.

This is most definitely a place for young kids. I'd say 5-12. The slides aren't particularly exciting but they'll keep the kids busy for the day.The wave pool was disappointing because of the extremely mild waves. There's a cool heated pool on the observation deck which you run and jump into during the cold weather. I'd say that's about as interesting as it gets for adults. The food court was pretty bad. Poor menu in general, and the burger I had was dry. Stick to their hotdogs. My personal experience wasn't the best. However this was mostly a result of circumstances and not the facility in general. The splash area was closed for the first 3-4 hours because of mechanical issues followed the wave pool being fouled and closed for cleaning TWICE during the day. Overall, it was an okay visit but I wouldn't be back in a hurry

Came here with my boyfriend (we are in our twenties). We stayed at the Clifton inn, and had early access to the park. Definitely take advantage of the early access and have fun on the slides first as lines can get more intense as the day goes on. We stayed for a few hours doing all the slides and the wave pool, then headed out. I really liked the private shower stalls, chlorine really bothers my skin so it was nice to be able to fully wash off in complete privacy.
