ADDENDUM: I had a very nice chat with Collette , manager of Expert Mobile , and was very impressed that she took the time to address my concerns. She explained in detail what had happened and why and was very obliging to satisfy me as a customer.So , I'm changed my rating to reflect the concerns for customer care.
