Wanted to get a bunch of repair/maintenance work done, as well as 16" Ape hanger install. To start, because of the parts department, it took 3 weeks longer for delivery. Once everything was in stock, i brought the bike down for the work. It took over 2 weeks for completion.
When i picked it up and drove it away, the gas tank was empty (full when dropped off), and as i raced to the gas station, my marker lights/driving lights nearly fell off. When i got home, i looked down and noticed my rear fender was completely cracked on both sides, badly. I called the dealer, after a couple days they still wouldnt take the blame or explain what happened, but agreed to pay. From that point, until completion of the fender repair was nearly 2 months. Alot of the waiting time was the horrible workmanship of J.Adams auto body, but on Redline's side of things, it was constantly lies, confusion and excuses.
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, and if you dont want your machine and time tied up for months, i advise another dealer.
Always great service. Good varity of items..shawn is a great salesman
I would only buy Rec products from this establishment. Go see Shawn, best customer experience I've ever had. Thanks again Shawn.
Wanted to send a shout out to the Service Manager for coming to bat for us We bought the product from this dealership and they stood behind us 100% when the local dealership threw their hands up and said " you should have bought it from us".. As owners of 2 Yamaha grizzlies, 2 Yamaha dirt bikes and 1 Yamaha inverter I will definitely make the 5hr drive north to have service like they provide!! I would recommend this dealership.
Parts dept is excellent, lots of stock or can get it in quickly, the clothing and accessories upstairs has a great selection and decent pricing. I cant say the same for sales as they seem unmotivated and when I was in looking for a bike, they were not interested in selling one to me. I bought a Honda.
Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and they don't care.
Red-Line Power Craft shipped me a brand new Yamaha snowmobile that they knew didn't run. They did nothing to try and correct their error and when I wrote them a letter detailing my concerns, they sent me a picture of the letter torn up in a garbage can.
I didn't realize it was a privilege to purchase a Yamaha or accessories through this dealership, but that's the way they treated me. When I asked for details, they sent me the wrong ones, when I asked for accessories, there was no attempt to sell them to me, despite being ready to complete a deal on a Friday afternoon, there was great reluctance to take my money until Monday.
If I could have given them zero stars (or even negative stars) I would.
Best place to go for all your motorsports apparel & accessories. Huge show room packed full of Yamaha and Kawasaki how can you not love this store?
Worst service parts people are extremely rude being as they are there to help you and not to be rude
Worst service in town. I refuse to ever go here which sucks because I ride Yamaha. I'll wait three weeks for a part, even if they have it in stock, before I go in this place. Girl in clothes up stairs is good. Parts people are a JOKE! Which really sucks as it's an awesome location.
