Dirty and dingy. Not professional. Only took cash. No jewlery options. Pierced my septum incorrectly. Through cartilage, not skin. And crooked. Painful and horrible looking. Don't go here. Supposed to be the most experienced piercer in town but clearly that doesn't mean it's good experience.

Got my tongue pierced there Saturday and the swelling wasn't going down. I followed aftercare rules and everything and after 6 days still barley able to talk, I got worried and went into another shop and they told me she pierced it completely wrong. It was way to far back and she put a small bar in. Instead of the piecing being straight up and down it was diagonal. My tongue was yellow, I had red lines on the sides, my tongue was so swelled and the jewelry so small I could barley see the top of the ball. The other shop I went to the piercer had to fight to get it out of my tongue, the ball was cross threaded the girl had it on so tight. Such a bad experience and I went though 6 days of complete pain. I went in asking for my money back and she got pissed off at me saying it wasn't her fault. I left crying I was so mad. Definitely do not recommend going there at all.

I went here for a nose piercing as I wanted someone experienced and knowledgeable. Toni did not disappoint. She was friendly, professional, and very experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing done.

The piercing (navel) went very well, they used professional and sterile resources wisely and they were able to show the fact that they were professional but we're still welcoming and friendly.

This studio is absolutely amazing. Very professional, clean and the piercer did an amazing job. She was extremely experienced and their prices are reasonable. If you are new to Grande Prairie, or have never been here I highly recommend this to anybody looking for a professional place to go for a tattoo or piercing.
