Jacklyn was absolutely amazing helping me pick out many different pieces of furniture for my new home. I couldn't of done it without her help and guidance. She went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly. Very excited to see the final result.

Jaclyn at Burlington EQ3 was a fantastic sales consultant. She was patient, knowledgable and all around helpful in choosing the right fabrics, colours and furniture that would work best in our home. I highly recommend her and the Burlington store for a great shopping experience from purchase to delivery.

We just purchased a sofa from EQ3 and although we haven't received it yet, Jacklyn who helped us with our purchase was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She provided us with fabric recommendations based on our needs and lifestyle and also gave some style suggestions for our home. Looking forward to getting our sofa and shopping at EQ3 again. Thanks!

I run an interior styling business and EQ3 Burlington is my go-to for modern, quality accessories and furnishings at affordable prices. The selection is vast, the store is inspiring and beautifully styled, and the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I’ve always had a pleasant experience and will continue to shop there!

On the expensive side but the quality is great. Our couch came wrapped up so tightly, so no chance it could have damaged on route. Very happy with our couch :)

BEWARE - THE EMPLOYEES AT THE BURLINGTON LOCATION ARE INVOLVED IN A SCAM!

I was interested in purchasing a couch from the Burlington store and had been in direct communication with the Assistant Manager regarding it who tried to scam me out of $1,000 by attempting to get me to use a gift card towards my purchase when in fact, she never possessed any such gift card to begin with!

I wrote the EQ3 Head Office an extremely detailed email outlining my experience and forwarding my entire chain of communication with the Assistant Store Manager (fortunately I had everything in writing) only to receive the following response:

"Thank you very much for sending the below message and bringing this to our attention. The loss prevention manager is aware and is currently investigating.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with the below details and apologize for any and all inconvenience you have experienced."

Dealing with EQ3 has not only been an incredibly frustrating experience but also a fantastic waste of time. The cherry on top is that the Loss Prevention Manager is not even bothered enough to contact me personally regarding the entire experience.

Abysmal customer service - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Great new store. Larger than the old one. Friendly staff although could use a little more study into their product. Only thing about EQ3 and most of these types of stores is that they don't hold a lot of stick and most everything is ordered for you. Not a huge deal though.

ABSOULTLEY TERRIBLE. We walked around for ages with no help from anyone and we were prepared to buy, but since we weren't buying our children furniture for their new house or decided to wear our comfy clothes they paid NO attention to us, little did they know we are quite well off and were furnishing our new home completely with new furniture. We will be filling it with furniture from elsewhere, you guys don't deserve any commission for the little work you do and the judgments you press.

Wow. Where do I even begin? I wanted to purchase from EQ3 because they are a Canadian company and the products are fairly well priced for modern decor. My drive to Burlington is about an hour, so I called ahead to see if they had the item I wanted in stock. The woman was polite, but informed me she was the only associate and was helping others, so she needed to call me back. Over an hour later, she returned my call to advise me the item was in stock. I put the item on hold and said I would be there in an hour. When I arrive at the store, my item was nowhere to be found, and the associate wasn't even sure if they had the item in stock. 20 minutes later, they retrieved the lamp. After I paid I pulled my car up and the ONLY associate on the floor was already busy with other customers. I used the trolley alone to carry the extremely heavy marble products to my car. Not once did anyone come over to help me or say they would be over momentarily. EQ3 is clearly very understaffed. When I arrived home, the lampshade was dented and scratched. For 300 dollars, I expect more than this. I decided to buff the steel because I seldom have the chance to drive to Burlington, and the return policy is only valid for 7 days. Assembly was an absolute nightmare, and the diagrams were unclear and were printed too small to read (think IKEA but without steps and tiny diagrams).

I really wanted to love this company and their products, but I am so disappointed. What an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere, or go to IKEA and spend less for a similar quality product with much better customer service.

Similar to the previous reviews - terrible customer service for someone who spent $14,000. Also received bad recommendations from the interior designer, of course this item is now non-refundable since its custom.

We recently made our first purchase with EQ3. We were interested in buying Canadian made furniture and are at the stage where we will be replacing much of our furniture and felt that EQ3 has a good reputation for quality. Unfortunately, our experience parallels some of the bad experiences of other reviewers and this will be our last purchase with EQ3.
We ordered the Simple bed. Over $2800. The bed arrived quickly but there were a few problems -
    1) The hardware bag wasn't closed and all the screws and such were scattered everywhere and many were caught between the wooden bed frame and the corner styrofoam holders - so screws were jammed up into the wood of our frame,
    2) 8 screws were missing which prevented us from completing assembling our bed,
    3) The headboard and the drawers had damage on them when we removed the packing covers - and these were packed separately from the package with the loose screws.
We called the Burlington store and we were instructed to contact EQ3 customer service who were closed at the time. So we had our bed all laid out but could not use it
We called customer service the next day and were told it would take 3-5 days to send the missing screws. 3-5 days! .so the bed assembly cannot be finished for 3-5 days. And we had obviously moved our old bed out of the room. I asked if it could arrive faster but was told 3-5 days however long it takes FedEx. Then was told that it would be overnighted but the customer service agent neglected to mention that someone in the parts department was away so days later it had still not gone out. No email update no communication. Sent an email asking for information and then later called. Customer service agent said that they saw my email and neglected to reply because they had no further updateeven though I still thought it was going to be overnighted.
SO damaged bed, careless packing, missing parts, no urgency to getting us those parts, terrible problems with communication, astonishingly bad customer service and more than $2800 spent.
Save yourself the headache and consider somewhere else for furniture. I know that we will. All it takes is for one bad experience and a business has lost a customer forever.

Purchased our living room/bedroom and dinning room there. Got the wrong living room table, took months and months to get the right one.
Came back a year later to purchase an addition to our bed, got the wrong colour (we didn't even know about a colour option, we just pointed at the one in the store).
The customer service here is absolutely ridiculously bad. I would never go there again (even though they have nice furniture *sigh*).
