I have recently moved to Dr Rocci and his team for my dental care and I could not be happier with my choice. The reception staff are professional and accommodating when making appointments and all the staff I dealt with couldn’t have been more caring and efficient. I had a very thorough and detailed examination by Dr Rocci and he spent a lot of time discussing his findings and making his recommendations. I felt very well cared for and would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
Phillis the receptionist is very rude and uneducated not to mention unprofessional. She kept on hanging up the phone on me after not having the proper education and understanding of what I was asking. The dentist uses old Xray equipment and for that was not able to see what was happening to my tooth after numerous amount of visits! Went to another dentist who saw the problem after the first Xray!

DR. ROCCI and his staff are been such a great team and all make my visits very comfortable. They help keep you very informed on what is going on with your visits and plans to help provide you with your perfect smile. Just recently I am so Thankful for the amazing natural upper partial plate that Dr.Rocci office had made for me. It took alot of work and included 2 difficult root canals. But in the end it was all worth it. Dr Rocci always concerned about his patients even takes that extra care and calls a day or 2 after a your visit to check you are doing ok. This follow up is so important.If you have any issues he is right there to get you back in to make you feel better. All the girls treat you like family and have a genuine concern when they know your are in pain. Thank You to all at Gateshead Dental for making me look and feel my very best.
