I use Jiffy Lube regularly as their customer service and quality of work has never let me down. They are straightforward in their approach and only offer additional services one time, and do not push other things on you.

I got an oil change and promptly used the $15 off coupon for interior and exterior clean and I am very impressed. First interior clean I’ve had since the summer (so you know the winter months builds up some nastiness) and it was quick and very thorough.

I drive in from Caledonia to this location because I have never been disappointed.

I’ve never had bad customer service experiences here in the past but on this visit I did. (I am a girl for reference) The gentleman I was talking to at first stated they no longer make/sell the oil that my car uses anymore here in Canada so started to offer me higher priced full synthetic oils instead. I stated I use 5W20 and I’m pretty sure that’s still available to my knowledge? He says oh yes we can do that. (tried to con me into buying a more expensive oil) I also stated I wanted just an oil change nothing else today. Later, a different person who was working on my car approaches me with recommendations of stuff to fix, I nicely stated I only want the oil change in the middle of his recommendations to save him time. Then he states to me “well next time you have to call ahead and let us know you only want the oil change so I don’t waste my time” I did not respond to him as I did not want to argue but I clearly stated I only wanted the oil change at the beginning to the other gentleman. His response was very rude to say to a customer who was paying for a service to be done. He didn’t need to add the “waste my time” part. Very unprofessional. After this I will not be returning there.

Incredible staff, professional service.

I’ve visited this Jiffy numerous times over the past couple years, but my experience this past week was very unique! Driving in for a typical oil change and inspection, I was greeted with friendly staff. They took care of everything super quick, per usual, and off I went. A couple days later we discovered some issues. I contacted Jiffy and although I was unsure of the problem exactly, their Manager was at my driveway within 30min to have a look, examine the issues, and ensure things were good to go.

Big thank you to Chancy and the team, you went above and beyond to see the job through.

Have been going here for a while, was waiting for an all change for about half an hour .
Two of the three bays were occupied with two other vehicles for more than half an hour . Was very confused as to why it's so long for the other two cars to get serviced . Expressed my frustration to the manager. Manager told me that he's been working for 12 days straight with a sprained leg. Was kind of blown away how he treated me like he was the only one with problems . He did offer me a free oil change in a very frustrating mood, then proceeded to tell me that this place isn't for me. So I literally got fired as a customer because I couldn't appreciate the work they do.

This service sells speed and convenience. Been stuck in line for 30 mins so far and I've just been told another 45. There are 2 cars in front if me and 6 behind me so I can't cancel and get out. Good service after nearly 2 hours of wait time plus the oil change itself By far worst oil change location I have ever been to.

I went in for an oil change. The staff, Joe, Jake and Dushane were fantastic. They explained everything and quickly completed the job. The atmosphere of the shop was very positive and noticeably clean. They even took the time to show me the oil level on my car's dipstick. I highly recommend this shop.

I came in yesterday morning simply for an oil change. They literally tried to upsell me on everything they could. If I wanted other services, I would have asked for them to be done. They told me that my windshield fluid was a quarter full when I filled it up myself the other day to the line. The only reason I came here was because Active Green & Ross was busy, which is my preferred shop and they charge me $29.99 plus taxes for synthetic oil rather than $59.99 plus taxes and they give me what I ask for and I've never been attempted to be upsold by them. This place got many positive reviews so I figured I'd get the same treatment but was definitely wrong in my judgement.

My husband is very picky on who and what goes into his car. He has had bad oil changes before and read some of the comments before going there. All I have to say is we will be back to this location. Even though we're from Toronto it was worth it. They talked us through every step of the way and asked permission before changing anything. They also didn't push for anything. They out the right oil in and we're very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
