Easily the best chain shop in the area. Always fair and honest. Dirk has been a great guy to deal with for nearly 30 years.

Speedy took care of my daughter’s car after a break-in destroyed her passenger side window. They had a replacement window available next day, cleaned all the glass out of the car and completed all the insurance papers. The next day my daughter noticed her electric side mirrors could no longer be adjusted. Speedy not only inspected both mirrors but also checked the fuse and the connectivity between the two. It turns out to be just the switch. I didn’t ask for the extra, they just did it. Everyone these days says Customer Service is dead, well not at Speedy. Auto in Burlington. Well done!

Have had an out-of-province safety inspection done, oil change, tire swap customer service has been nothing but phenomenal! All of the staff are great. Excellent communication, informative, and friendly!

Got my radiator replaced only to have the temperature skyrocket while I had it idle days later. You think they would check out what caused my first rad to rupture? Going to a proper mechanic to get the cooling fan and system checked out. Go elsewhere

Great experience at Speedy. I was immediately met with a friendly outgoing greeting with Derek. His wit and humor was welcomed. I didn’t know what was wrong with my truck,all I knew is it was load. Like any repair you dread what May come back in the way of a bill. In true stand up form I got a call that it was a $70 part and my truck was ready. Glad to know that there’s organizations out there like this that address the issue and not embellish unneeded expenses. They have my trust. At $70 I m not sure how that even paid to look at it. I will ensure that if in need of car repairs in that area, I will use them.

Dirk and the staff at Speedy Auto Service have been phenomenal with the customer service and work they provide. I have been bringing my car to them for the past few years, my parents are also bringing their car to them. I would recommend Speedy Auto Service at 1134 Guelph Line to anyone who needs an auto mechanic that knows how to do the job proper and is always fair.

I visited this shop January 2016 because one of my rear calipers seized. The shop replaced calipers, rotors and pads on both sides in the rear. They also told me i had to replace my front brakes immediately (all parts) and assured me there was less than 5% of my pads remaining. Well i was having no indication of any front brake issues so i declined. This past weekend i had one of my rear calipers seize again and had to replace everything on both sides again! So their "quality" parts and workmanship lasted less than 2 years and this car is only driven

Great guys, great service!
Dropped my car off yesterday for what I thought was a huge problem. They called me last night saying it was all fixed, just a heat shield came loose and was causing the problem. I went in this morning to pick it up and they told me there was no charge! Yes, I have had work done at this shop in the past, and I will definitely be going back. They did good work on my brakes and always a fair deal on parts & labour, which is why I immediately went there yesterday, driving right past 3 other shops. All of the guys here are great and very knowledgeable and professional.response / report this review -

My car needed some work here and there, and the staff have been amazing, honest and very professional. They will tell you exactly what is needed and what you can wait for. This is one of those businesses who cares about their customer in the first place. And for the prices, they are second to none!

My first visit to Speedy Auto Service was when I stopped in to get an air emissions test done. I did not have an appointment but they kindly fit me in to the schedule. As I waited, I observed the awesome customer service provided to everyone.Those who were in the building and those who were dealt with over the phone as well. Each time I've been in to have my car serviced the customer service has been the same - the best! The mechanical services were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. It is clear to me that this is a business run with honesty and integrity. For those of you who know nothing about mechanics, this place will not take advantage of you and try to sell you expensive services that you do not really need! My engine light came on so I stopped in to Speedy Auto Service to get them to look at it. Once again, I had no appointment but they fit me and checked it for me immediately. Turned out to be nothing - I hadn't tightened my gas cap so it signaled an emissions leak. The mechanic reset my system and I was sent on my way. No Charge!! The nicest guys!! Front desk gentlemen and the mechanics - a fantastic team!

Quick, clean, and efficient and great prices. Easy access right off the QEW with excellent service. In and out in under 30 minutes for an oil change and replacing a headlight.

My husband and I have been bringing our personal vehicles to the wonderful people at Speedy on 1134 Guelph Line for over 10 years. We really enjoy their friendly, fast and professional service. Their focus on the customer is better than my local dealership. I believe they have extended the operating lives of the cars we love and rely on every day - they have earned our business for as long as we drive! If you need automotive services, we highly recommend them!

I have been going to the North Burlington Speedy location for over 30 years. I have always been treated well by Mohamed and Dirk. In fact, I went today for a vehicle emissions test and it took less than 15 minutes. They will tell you what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait until a future visit. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I receive and would recommend the 1134 Guelph Line location, to anyone who is looking for a reputable auto service facility. These guys are super!!!
