The front desk staff were awesome. The hygienist was thoroughly explaining everything as she went. The dentist was knowledgeable but her bedside maner has room for improvement. I have dentist phobia and this clinic made it just a bit easier to entertain going again. I will be making an apt for all my kids soon and will chose them to follow my families oral health.

This office has a group of dentists and depending when you book your appts you may find you are getting a different dentist each time. I have appreciated all their time they take to talk to me about mine or my kids teeth. However it seems each dentist finds something new about my teeth. They are by no means trying to make more money from us - they have even told my husband that a certain recommendation was no longer needed at this time. It would be great if they actually made notes about their recommendations or at least read them from the last dentist so they could follow up with me on them. For example months ago it was suggested I see an orthodontist about fixing my bite, I have been putting that off. today I found out they have one on staff - why wasn’t I told this? So great service, receptionists are amazing, just more note sharing would be great.

Staff is polite, knowledgeable, and clearly interested in the wellbeing of their patients. They are great at figuring out complicated benefits information to make sure that you get everything you are entitled to without having to pay for extra yourself. They have extended hours compared to most dental offices. I've been going here for years. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place, today was my first visit and I was nervous about a lot of different things but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. The hygienist I had was so kind and gentle I have a couple of sensitive teeth and she took her time cleaning them and explained everything in the process and really made me feel relaxed. The staff here is amazing and really kind and they are the only dentist that I’ve contacted in months that take ODSP and would actually help me. I contacted several dentists and nobody would help me until I was fortunate enough to come in contact with Paramount Dentistry , so I’m extremely grateful for them and their generosity. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit

The front desk staff and hygienists are excellent! But every time I go in I have a new dentist. Some are more friendly than others, some don't really speak at all or introduce themselves. We can't keep track of the staff. It would be nice to have some sort of picture wall with names;)

Came for an emergency. Dentist was very professional and took his time to explain my options. Front desk was very helpful figuring out my insurance. Will be going to this office for my dental care for now on.

Dentists that care about the patients. Love this office . Could you maybe put over head tvs instead of wall tvs ? Seen this at a specialist office and thought what a great idea for when your laying in the chair ?
