Astro Taxi company stole 24.00 from my dad and overcharged the ride that was 2 minutes away and denied the pick up. The owner of the company Pritpal is the worst person to deal with and didn't even help the situation and dismissed and disregarded the whole situation and hung up on me. Also, his dispatcher all of sudden didn’t remember but agreed with me that he shouldn’t of been charged that much now is also ignoring me to and brushed me off and hung up on me and directed me to talk to another supervisor, totally disgusting service and unprofessional.

I would never use this taxi service again or recommend it to anyone!

We took an Astro cab from Wonderland to an airport hotel. At the end of the trip the driver refused to accept credit card and would only take cash. Luckily someone in our group had cash. I called the company after and was told all their drivers accept credit. I will be using Uber next time.

Terrible service. We were waiting for over 30 minutes and when we called we had the worst update telling us the car will be 10-15 minutes when it came 25 minutes later. Prices are way over price. Won’t be using this company again and DONT recommend to anyone

Something for the owner to remember while your cabs in the area are lined up at Wonderland to get a nice run to Toronto, you are screwing over the citizens of Vaughan. We will remember and you should remember 8 months of the year YOU need us. We will remember.

Called on a Sunday night at 930 september 3rd needing a taxi to my house in Vaughn I spoke to a woman who told me my taxi would arrive shortly, it did not. Instead I had a driver call me complaining that he was to far away, so I called back Astro. I spoke with the same woman and complained because the last time I used Astro the car took 40 min to arrive and now it’s been 20 min and the driver is calling me complaining. The woman in turn refuses to give me her name or connect me with anyone else I have called 4 times and she continues to hang up on me. This issue remains unresolved

Drivers are very friendly most of the time. They dont like when you pay with a debit card some tend to get grumpy at the little extra time it takes to swipe my card. They could be a bit more help when loading stuff into their vehicle instead of sitting there watching you. Other then the little hiccups they are a very good cab company show up on time and like I said most are very friendly.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD. I TRIED TO CALL AND THE REP WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME INITIALLY HE ANSWERED ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS AND THEN IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK AND THEN HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IF I DONT LIKE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN HE WILL CANCEL MY CAB AND GO CALL SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND HE HUNG UP ON ME EVERY SINGLE TIME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I've been using this Taxi service in Vaughan area for over 2 years now and they are always show up at my house pretty quick and they drivers are really nice. I haven't tried that many other taxi companies but i am happy with Astro and i doubt i will ever change that. They have even waited 1 hour for me outside my doctors office until i was finished. I would recommend them =)

Canny was smoking a e cigarette in the car. His car clearly has a no smoking sticker on it. So gross, I'm heading a meeting, I don't need to smell like smoke, or any of the fruity scents available. Please be respectful of your guests.
