The Mount Royal Dental Team are all Angels!! During Phase 1 of Covid, my Dad was in serious need of medical dental help and the Mt. Royal Team opened their doors and welcomed my Dad in mere minutes, even though they were already super busy and my Dad was not a regular patient. Incredibly friendly and professional, a very clean office and they took all precautions and safety measures to ensure everyone feels comfortable during COVID. This team is also hospitable, knowledgeable and compassionate and they really make you feel at home. Their follow-up was outstanding as well. I was impressed from the moment I said hello on the phone. Thank YOU again Mt Royal Dental for helping my Dad!! A stellar group indeed!

I've been going to Mount Royal Dental for many years now and I LOVE this practice. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Their time keeping is great and their dental work is phenomenal. I felt actually relaxed the last time I went in for a cavity filling.

Friendly and professional staff throughout the entire office. I have experienced several periodontal scaling treatments as well as a filling removal and replacement with no discomfort. Brittany, my hygienist, has the lightest touch. So much so that I could almost fall asleep while she works. I highly recommend this practice for any dental needs.

So rare to find a business in the healthcare industry that values service and experience and doesn’t treat you like a number. This place is INCREDIBLE. Friendly people, amazing experience start to finish - I had a dental emergency (it felt like half my tooth fell off at 630pm), and they were incredibly kind from phone call to finish, despite my total loss of chill. Thank you so, so much Fran, Darlene and Dr. Sohail for turning a nightmare around completely for me. If I could rate it 10 stars I would.

i am so lucky to have the professional practice within walking distance from my home. Everyone is professional, kind and takes the time to answer all my questions. I left Dr Zietsma when he retired and was sure I would not find anyone like him. I was delighted to be wrong and Dr Sam is the best!

The front end staff are friendly and professional. They have an amazing room for children, and a clinic for implants and I believe dentures one stop shopping :)

Dr. Sam is by far the most informed and personable dentist that i have ever met. every dental experience that i have ever had , and there have been many, has been exceptional. from dental implants to root canals, this man is amazing! his staff are the nicest people and they know their stuff when it comes to insurance companies. i would highly recommend mount royal dental to any one!

When my family moved to this area a year ago I really wanted to find a great dentist for the kids. They had loved going to our previous dentist and I wanted the good experiences to continue. Mount Royal Dental was the perfect choice. The staff and Dentist are terrific - welcoming, friendly and patient as well as professional. Our dental care here has been excellent.

My first visit was excellent. The greeting at reception was pleasant. Followed up by another good morning, and pleased to meet you by the doctor. The facilities were full of modern technology, with a monitor on the ceiling over my chair so i watch the news during x-rays, and examination. The X-rays were posted right before my eyes and the staff answered any questions i had. This finished ahead of schedule.

When the dental hygienist greeted me in the reception area, it was a familiar face. This was someone who took the time to remind me that we had met before at another office where she had looked after my teeth. This ice breaker conversation made me feel welcome and relaxed in a friendly environment which is great since we were in a dentist office after all.

Over all it was a great experience. See you all next time in early 2018.

I have had a good experience at Mount Royal Dental. I was with ketalaars for years before that until they changed over.
Yesterday I had dental work done and the needle was painless and the work seemed good.

Very competent and courteous staff. Highly skilled dentists that have done some of my fillings with out freezing and I remained comfortable during the procedure. Would highly recommend this dental office!
