Everything about this hotel is really great except the smell - for some reason they pump it full of this overpowering fake air freshener. I spoke to several other guests and they said the same thing. I would love to come back here in the future but will not return due to smell. It’s like constantly being around someone with too much perfume on. I can’t wait to check out and breath normal air again. Marriott - what are you thinking???

The hotel is nice. I was there for a professional event (as a host). A few things that I didn't like.. the entrance is confusing. The front doors say to use another entrance, which is around the block. A map would be helpful. The event team was great, but forgot to bring out drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The event area is great. Wifi was strong and fast. Rooms clean. The washroom was okay.. but the taps all have built up grunge and grim. They need to be cleaned it replaced.

I went to this hotel for a social event and the room and it's amenity red were great. The staff seems friendly, and the lobby was inviting as well The location is perfect for downtown affairs and it seems like the booking and payment procedures are smooth I did not stay for too long so I cannot comment on the actual stay, but I would definitely stay here when I need a hotel downtown.

I enjoyed my stay overnight. I wish I had the time to stay longer as I really enjoyed my room, 420 in the south tower. It was a nice corner room that was irregularly shaped with a long hallway. It had a tiny balcony facing the back of the hotel. It was close to the stairs. It was quiet, clean and convenient. Room was immaculate. He only odd thing was that my door didn't have a number plate so at first it was tricky to find. Staff was pleasant. Hotel was a hub of activity and close to coffee spots. Enjoyed my stay.

300$ for one night on a Saturday downtown Toronto. We came after a wedding and weren't even being loud. Nobody was drunk we were just talking normally and got noise complaints and almost got kicked out. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience when the guy came to tell me you only get one warning. How about you soundproof their paper thin walls like almost every other hotel. Unless you're above 60 years old or have a bunch of kids don't go there. My girlfriend was walking on egg shells the whole night whispering and afraid. So if you want to have a good time don't go here please. It sucks because it's a good location and I travel a lot to Toronto and have many other people who travel with too for business and I would never recommend this place.

Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, this hotel offers everything. You will want for nothing. A very enjoyable stay. Reasonably priced for being in the core of downtown. You have access to shopping, eating, theater or a nightclub. All in all a great time.

This is a very nice hotel. Great location to walk to: baseball, basketball, or hockey games. Also very close to the Eaton Centre shopping and Dundas Square. Great view. They had a big problem with the elevator but they gave me valet parking to make up for it. A little loud but it's so close to downtown it was understandable.

Overall a great stay. We originally had a room on the fourth floor overlooking the air conditioning vents. These were very loud so we requested another room. We were given a room on a higher floor (14th) and this was much better. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was separate from the sink area. This was fine, except there was no door for the sink area, so an early riser will wake everyone else too. The staff and service, including valet parking, were excellent. The minor criticisms aside, I would recommend this hotel for a very convenient downtown location.

Nice comfortable bed. Great view. Friendly staff. Concierge very helpful. Only thing wrong: elevator wait. Saw reviews of more than 3 months ago and still haven't been repaired. I suppose they're not planning on repairing them. 😳

Like all Marriott hotels, this hotel was very clean. Being their downtown Toronto location the decor is very modern and upscale. Rooms are set to match being clean and upscale in look and feel. The staff are extremely welcoming and make you feel right at home. Did not get a chance to test oit fitness or pool facilities due to the quick duration of my stay. This hotel offers a $35 over night parking valet service where they are very gentle with you vehicle and if you forget something in the car (which of course I did) they will run down to your car to grab your forgotten item, or bring the vehicle back up for you to find it (if you'd rather). Great stay, loved the staff.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Parking is a bit rediculous and the food while good was also a bit pricey. The bartender was awesome and the drinks were priced about average. Great ambience particularly with the fireplace in the lobby. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

These guys made my Toronto conference so pleasant. Our travel agent made a booking error and the helpful clerk at reception corrected it in a friendly and professional way. The rooms were clean and modern.

The staff was friendly, the lobby and room clean and well decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable. I stayed less than 12 hours (through no fault of the hotel - my stay was purely out of need for a place to sleep to prepare for an early morning) but enjoyed the time I did spend there.

The location was easy to get to. There was reasonable parking right next to the hotel. We went there for a dinner function. The hotel itself was nice and the food was great. We have fun. Would recommend hosting events there again.

Everything was top notch. Clean and comfortable, the shower/tub was spotless. The staff were polite and helpful. (Don't go for the pool area, it was cramped and the chemicals hurt my eyes) but otherwise it was a great stay.
