Video transfer was low quality, technician didn't seem experienced at all about video tape transfer, will never use again, charged me $30 dollars and the large studios charge less then $15, Don't recommend for video transfer, find someone professional

Good service overall.

Spent time with me to edit, modify and print photos at a fair market rate.

Treats you better and gives you discounts if you demonstrate loyalty by being a repeat/ return customer.

Terrible passport photo quality and image. I had to go to Costco to get my passport photo re-taken and they charged me half as much for a much better photo.

I just tired to give them a call to find out the rates. And they are chargib 25cad just to copy the passport size picture into the USB . Plus the guys was just rude.

have been travelling all the way from Hamilton to get my passport photo's here! The service, quality of pictures and prices have been and remain to be great over the years! My entire family taken their passport pictures here - with the same people. It's a family business who takes pride in their work and service. They do exceptional work especially for those of with darker skin tones. They also offer traditional framing services and products which I plan to use. If you live far its worth the travel and if you live close, there is a gem right around the corner in the heart of Mississauga.

I'm surprised with the negative reviews this gentleman's store has been receiving. I encourage you to try him out, he is super nice and goes out of his way to get you the best quality picture and provides priceless customer service by making sure you're satisfied before finalizing. I've been there at least 6 times within the past year and he has exceptional customer service skills and the best value.

Went here a couple years back for my passport photo. It was fast ad great. I don't know why people are so quick to one star just because of their experience :/ I'm sure a lot of people are happy with the services otherwise they wouldn't still be up and running.

I went there only because his Google review .is 4.2.. unbelievable poor service I ask if he can send me through email. He said need 20$more.i asked him how much for business portrait, he said 75$ , I asked it's just half hour work why it charges so much. And he said he has College license, why he is not earning not as doctors do. Then he said he can just take pictures without photo shop, it cost 50, then I said I have camera at home. I don't know what's wrong with himthe answer has nothing to do with the question.but it's apparently faked 4.2star. as the previous before me is also arguing with he as like we own him some thing.. posting review just for next person's benefit don't be lured by 4.2..lol.

Quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. I went for a quick photo for my PR card and based on that experience will be returning to do some prints. Service was extremely fast, the woman who took my photo seemed very sweet and even helped me fix my hair into a slightly more presentable rat's nest lol. Couldn't believe how fast she had the photo touched up and printed. Also took the extra time to explain what was needed for my picture to be accepted. I'll be back!
