Visited this place today and got to the doctor pretty quickly, in about 5-10 min. Service was excellent and I'll definitely come back.

P.s. Their website tells you the wait time for walk-ins, which is a big plus.

Best walk in in the city. Short wait times (usually 10-15 minutes), very clean, and doctors that actually care. Also many female doctors, which is fantastic. Never had a bad experience.

Don’t come here unless you have no choice. I came for a walk-in on prescription and saw this place had good avg star rating.

The front desk people are very rude (except one lady), the wait time is extra long. I told the front desk I’m going to the washroom and when I came back and asked to check on the list I’m off the list. I came here at 9:15 wait time should be about 10 mins. I waited over an hour.
Someone else went to the washroom (didn’t tell front desk) and was not removed from the list.

Don’t come here. Bad service . Rude people, small wait area. Long wait time.

Do not come here. Everyone is beyond rude. They refused to see me at 3pm Becuase they were 'busy' yet they don't answer their phones. I will never come here. And you should avoid them.
Response to the reply.
If you answered the phones it would have been easier.
I don't need to check your website when I'll never return.
Especially when you hire rude receptionists

Went for first time this morning. Super clean and efficient. The doctor called me in less than 5 minutes and was really professional. This is the place the partners from my firm go for walk-in even though they have private health care at Medcan downtown.

Fantastic Clinic! They have so many doctors working that I couldn't count them all. I also couldn't all the doctors because I was only in the waiting room for 20 minutes. We doesn't every clinic work this way? Keep up the great work Patients Network!

Love that the website has an estimated wait time (which is very accurate). Lots of staff working to help with patient flow. Very helpful and friendly receptionists. Extremely convenient to step out of work and know that I can be back within the hour. Highly recommend.

amazing experience!! I had a somewhat emergency and I was able to see a doctor within 10 minutes. She (Dr Maloney I believe) was a very nice and sympathetic doctor and did everything she could to get to the root of the problem and ease my worries. I then went to another doctor the following day and she was just as great. It's too bad their office hours aren't longer. Highly recommend.

Best Clinic in Toronto! Their new clinic is right next door to the old one and it is brighter and bigger than ever. I work at a hospital nearby and this is the place that all the nurses and doctors go (and also send patients to). They have lots of really nice doctors working all through the day so the wait is never long. If only our hospital could run this efficiently!

Of the many walk-ins I have visited in downtown Toronto, this is definitely my most recomended. Not only did the doctor take the time to speak with me and then explain her thoughts, but she also fielded any and all questions I had in a way that I was able to comprehend.

Pay mind to the wait times, as they can be a little lengthy. But what walk-in clinic doesn't have treacherous wait times? Personally, the best time to go is within the first two hours of the clinic opening as I haven't waited longer than 15 mins at any visit.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 2 girls at the front desk were talking about hotel rooms and holidays amongst themselves instead of helping patients that had been waiting for over an hour. They don't look at you when they speak to you and don't really seem too happy about their job. The doctors are great though. Front desk you guys have some work to do. I left legitimately upset. Upset enough to post this review.

Love my family doctor here, but not the receptionists. They're extremely rude! Had a bad experience at the clinic and on the phone with their attitude. They need to improve on their customer service.

Usually prompt and efficient service. Dr So and Dr Euverman are the go to doctors to see there.

Excellent facility and doctors. It is a very convenient location. However, the facility needs to work on reception. Many times when you visit this office the reception staff does not acknowledge you. If the assistants are busy the polite thing to do is greet the person and let them know you will be with them in a moment, and please smile. That is proper customer service.
