  Probably one of the best salad bars and hot food tables available in the downtown core. Since I usually don't eat too much, i am able to control the portions here. I usually get chicken wings with my spinich salad which costs less than 6 bucks with taxes in.
  
  Not sure if there a cheaper and more delicious place downtown. 1.79 per 100g.

  Wow I'm so impressed with the salad bar, hot food bar and the hot and cold food counters! All the food was so HIGH QUALITY! Everyone in our group got what they wanted and for a great price! We took our impromptu picnic outside by the water!!
  Though there are no washrooms in the store itself there are lovely clean washrooms in the court inside the building.

  I like this place because it offers the cheapest yet good prepared food choices in the area. If you are a tourist and taking a stroll at the Harbourfront and want to grab something on the go you can get a nice salad from the salad bar, a chicken dinner, soup, and sandwiches. Right beside it you also have conveniently located Tim Hortons to get coffee. The Terminal where Sobeys is located has recently upgraded the seating area so when the weather is not ideal you can eat inside the building.

  I visited this store few times and generally don't find this store looking nice and clean. Looks very messy and very disorganized. Staffs arent helpful, food area always looking messy, produce department is always horrible. I always see bad quality vegetables and seen few times expired products it's honestly been horrible experience. I don't know who the store manager is but he/she really can't manage the store properly. Too bad, I can't visit longos often. I find this location more closer leaves me with no choice.

  Now that they've renovated, it's much better with more selection. Nice central, waterfront location. The prepped Greek yogurt parfaits are very good. Hot food & salad bar is available.

  It's convenient and nice and clean with a variety of fresh fruits vegetables as well as meat and fish. Also nice selection of ready made meals.

  It's a great place to grab lunch on a weekday. There's a hot table with different things every day. A salad table where you can make your own. A sushi counter. Deli sandwiches and soup.
  
  Best of all is the roast beef sandwiches. They carve to order roast beef and put into a sandwich to order. They are good. They would be better with horseradish though.

  Good size grocer with unique brands like blue goose. They also sell beer and wine! But the south South East corner of the store is a bit of a no man's land.

  The store was recently refurbished and it's now a Sobeys Urban Fresh. It's much larger than the previous Sobeys at that location and it has new features such as a bakery and a sushi bar. There are hot food counters with a good variety of prepared foods. There's also a cafe, where store-purchased food can be consumed. The store is focused on urban dwellers looking for a quickly assembled meal and it's a cheaper alternative to local restaurants. In addition, the store now sells beer and wine.
