  Love this place. Lots of great classes, never been disappointed. Lately I've been attending a lot of Trisha Sevilla's classes. She is a wonderful instructor. She is always positive, smiling, and inspiring. Thanks Trisha!

  been to some aft. classes. Decided to check out a early 6am program (Ashtanga Mvment or someting like that) - didn't like it. Found out guy who teaches shouldn't be working in Canada. HE's from US. Not good Yoga Sanctuary!

  I had a negative experience here, which has just ruined my view of this facility. Their rules tend to change regardless of how the customer is affected. These people are not mindful. I also cannot handle being crammed into a small room to do yogaand I'm not going to pretend it's acceptable.
  
  Ocassionally I'll encounter a class whereby the instructor checks the alignment and offers assistance to only some participants while the others are overlooked, which does not make it worthwhile attending the class.
  
  As much as I like some of their instructors, I can no longer enjoy the classes. I am not comfortable continuing with this studio.

  Was disapointed that my drop in passes were no longer accepted when no expiration date or policy was written or outlined on the cards.
  I stopped going to the studio because of that issue.
  That was 6 years ago so i cant give a recent reveiw.
  Back then the teachers were decent but I was really upset that I had 9 passes that were not worth the paper they were printed on. $150 down to toilet.

  Wonderful community feel. Loved every class and I've been there since October 2016. The instructors are great. The schedule is awesome too and has extended hours to fit every schedule (so you don't have any excuse not to go haha). Their late night classes from 8:45-10pm are especially great if you have to work late or want something to make you sleep like a baby. I always float home right into bed with a huge smile on my face.
