  The best selection of eyewear in the city and very knowledgable staff! They carry a lot of high quality brands that you just can't find in your big box stores.

  Great selection of frames that are different and unique. Excellent customer service! Be prepared to fork out a bit more money but well worth it for the quality frames.
  
  Also since it is a boutique store the frames on the shelf is what you get when you buy. I suppose it is part of the boutique experience, but you'll know for sure yours is one of a kind ( in the city )!

  It's Toronto's most stylish optician, but don't get intimidated; they're incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and they'll take care of you long after you make a purchase.

  I exclusively get my frames here and have my prescription lenses installed somewhere else and it saves me a ton of money. Don't let them fool you into thinking their lenses are more superior or better quality.

  Great service and selection. Bring solid gold bars in exchange for molded polycarbonate, held together with tiny screws.

  Bought a pair of glasses for about $900. Went home with them and noticed the nose piece they added resulted in melting the frame on one side. At first I was very disappointed in the craftsmanship and shocked that they would let a customer walk out the door with damaged/melted frames because someone would have had to manually put those on. I called the store to explain the situation and they ordered a new pair and told me they would replace mine. A few weeks later I received the new pair and was very pleased with the quality and experience at spectacle. They might not have turned out the way they normally do the first time but I felt that the experience with then and the way the business responded to the situation was very well done.

  My go to place to grab hard to find frames. They have everything you can possibly imagine and more. Had a great experience in there trying to find Celine frames. I found the perfect pair and checking out was a breeze. My glasses were ready way before the date they stated for pick up. Definitely pricey depending in what you decide but well worth it. I will never go anywhere else to get glasses or sunglasses again.

  Very Poor service, I stood around waiting for almost 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. It wasn't even that busy in the store, there were only 2 other clients other than myself. Long story short I took my $1400 down the street to another well known optical shop on Spadina, got a better deal but more importantly a superior customer experience, one where I felt valued for my business. Sorry Spectacle, but you've lost a client today.

  So I was hunting down a new look for my specs and I came upon these Cazal 607. Well I emailed the Cazal HQ, which lead me to Spectacle in Toronto. Long story short I drove to Toronto and now I look through a pair of Cazal 607s. :D
