Stayed one night (a Friday). Room was immuculate. Beds comfortable. Rate was excellent. No complaints.

Me and my colleague had an exceptional experience at the Comfort Inn. The white bedding was clean and very comfortable. The free WiFi gave us good speeds of around 11 down and 5 up, no limit on the amount of devices.
The reason why I'm not giving this a 5 is pretty simple: Complimentary breakfast ends very early (9am strict), and there is no washer/dryer available in the building. I've been to plenty hotels with breakfast ending at 10-11am, with 24 hour laundry access. It's not a necessity, but it's all we were missing from our experience.
All in all, we had a great stay for the price. At $49 and up, this really is a big bang for your buck. If you're looking for an affordable place to comfortably stay the night, this is the spot for sure. And it's pretty close to all the action in Niagara Falls. I recommend it.

We booked for our honeymoon. For being close to the falls, and a walk away from Clifton Hill, great price! The staff was super accommodating. My wife breast feeds but left our 6month old with a sitter, so she needed to pump while we were here. They brought us a fridge so we could store the milk. Then after we checked out, they let us store it in a fridge downstairs so we could enjoy the rest of our day before driving home. Even got us access to a small bathroom with a plug so she could pump before the drive. (If she didn't, it gets very painful for her). Such a friendly staff! The room was cleaned, room service were very polite. The breakfast had waffles that you could make yourself!😍 The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I really can't think of any complaints other than I couldn't stay another night 😁

It is somewhere to lay your head and go. This hotel is meant for sleeping and showing only. You sleep and get up and go and enjoy the festivities outside of the hotel on your vacation. It is comfortable, simple, basic, nothing spectacular, but you can rest easy, and sleep well and your showers will feel great. Then get up, go, and get out and exp!ore,. Save your money for the vacation fun and not on where you simp!y rest your head.

Nice, clean hotel! The employees were incredibly friendly. Only downfall is the fact that there's only one elevator. But other than that it's a great hotel.

Great location close to everything. All these super expensive hotels surround Comfort Inn, but who's in the hotel anyway? This is Niagara! Save a few bucks by staying here and spend more at the attractions. The rooms here are clean, large, and have private balconies. Great pool and free breakfast. Can't do any better. If I need to point out a part they could improve , they need to upgrade the slow elevatorbut it have me the incentive to take the 6 flights of stairs all weekend. Bonus for my backside! I would stay here again.

Comfort Inn Fallsview is a lovely hotel in Niagara Falls On. The rooms are clean,bright and spacious. Breakfast is included and there is a nice pool and hot tub area as well. Each room also has a small balcony which is great in good weather.

Location is good. Shower hot water wasn't too hot and makes noise in the middle of shower. Breakfast room is too small for the size of hotel. Hotel was sold for family weekend, they should have open big room for breakfast so people wouldn't lined up outside to sit. We were rush out while we were eating. Only eggs and meat no other hot hash brown for veg. People. Bread, muffin,English muffins, waffles, boiled Eggs, yogurt, cereals, juice, coffee, good food. Make sure when u book, ask them in main buidling. Otherwise you have to walk from out side to come to breakfast and main lobby. No fridge and microwave in rooms.

Cheap rates off season. Hotel was relatively clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again.
