Service was great! The staff were all very friendly. They make great drinks too. I wish they had Southern Comfort though. Location is close to everything downtown and the view by the river is great.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Staff were very friendly and we felt very comfortable as guests there. We'll definitely go back and we will definitely recommend to friends.

My (now) husband and I stayed here on the night of our wedding. I have never been more impressed by the service or amenities that a hotel has to offer. Every person we encountered was beyond accommodating and the suite was more than perfect. They really made us feel like we were the only people that mattered to them. I cannot express how happy I am with the James!

The James provided the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The service was impeccable, the room was beautiful, the view was exceptional and the little details have been well thought out resulting in a fantastic stay. We even bought a set of their sheets to take home - they are so soft and comfortable! I will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel. Letter from GM with some treats for us welcoming us into our room. Great eggs Benedict breakfast. Beds were amazing. Also, the tub in our 2 bedroom suite was huge and awesome. Almost like a swimming pool!

The customer service is amazing at the James. The room, I had, was so comfortable. The bed was amazing. Breakfast was awesome, the breakfast staff is so friendly. I have stayed at the James a few times now and each time is a pleasure. It is worth the money :)

Went to an event in three penthouse suite. The room was exquisite and beautiful, and the view overlooking the river was fantastic. They provided food and stinks which were great as well. Had a wonderful time!

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the penthouse suite and the amenities, furnishing, view were all spectacular. The service was amazing - truly second to none. We had a buffet meal catered as well - one of the best meals I've had!
