Rooms were nice & clean. However is was first snowfall, and even with the heater turn all the way up, the room was mildly cool. Restaurant service was painfully slow.

Not impressed with this hotel. Booked online and price came out nearly $100.00 more than listed because of "service charges". On top of that there is a $15.00 fee to park when you get here. Nothing spectacular about our $250.00 room, TV was extremely small and amenities were sparse. Everything else was extremely overpriced. Hoping the two hot tubs and water park would change our minds, but one hot tub was closed of course and the second was over full with children splashing. Not enjoyable. Will not be staying here again.

Nice, clean rooms. Affordable pricing for park views and cheaper for the parking lot view 😊 Pool is clean and hot tub is nice and relaxing. It's our goto place in Saskatoon. It's a good place to stay, right downtown, within walking distance of entertainment. Roxy theatre, Cineplex theatres, bars, coffee shops, restaurants. Two thumbs up.

Very clean rooms. Nice water park area for the kids. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but I slept decent here. The bed was super comfy. The staff were good overall.The only thing was I asked for a high floor with a view. We got the top floor but the view was of a taller building and allyway. The front desk said the view would be good and it was of the city side. O well

Quiet comfortable rooms, excellent staff. Good food at the restaurant & lounge, licensed, free parking for guests. Central down-town location for walking to near-by shops/pubs/restaurants & river-side park. Great views of river/skyline.

Staff was friendly and manager came to room after I expressed my concernsso no issues with staff.
1. I paid for "River View" room but couldn't see the river from our room. Charging more for a view that doesn't exist is dishonest. I suggest hotel change advertising to "River Walk" room.
2. Our room was near the elevators and it was noisy. If you are a light sleeper, beware of room placement.
3. To our fault, we stayed downtown when we didn't need to and paid a hefty price for it. A hotel further out would have suited our needs and with that, free parking would have also been included and not the $15 charged by the Sheraton.response / report this review -

This hotel would be a 5/5 if it wasn't for the service. I've travelled around the world and this is the first hotel I've been to where there's a bell boy, and he just stands there breathing through his mouth, while watching you struggle with your luggage instead of getting a cart and helping you (I had to unpack for my family). Some family members who were there for a wedding seen me unloading, grabbed a cart and brought it out to me. All the while the bell boy just stood there and watched!
Later on in the evening our room was an unbearable 27 degrees without the A.C. working (we had a baby and an infant in the room). So they moved us to a SMALLER room. In what world do you inconvenience your customer and downgrade him without a reduction in cost? We had to leave the wedding for an hour or so while we switched rooms and waited for them to move our luggage. The crib never showed up, called the front desk and they hung up on me. 20 minutes later a small woman showed up with our crib and basically threw it in the room without saying a word and left. Didn't matter in the end because the room was too small for the crib.
I've stayed in some shady places but never felt such a disregard as we did this place.response / report this review -

This has been a hotel I've visited a lot over the years. It continues to be a good place, but it's starting g to show its age. That being said they are currently renovting so I expect good things.

Friendly staff. Had a problem with my credit card payment they solved it within few minutes. Spacious rooms & room service is very excellent.

The pool is great, the kids love it, and that's one of the reasons we keep coming back. Lots of good food in walking distance. Rooms are nice, and quiet. The 612 lounge is awesome.

Beautiful place to hold our company awards night. The ballroom overlooks the river with its trees lit up at night. The food was so delicious - the pork roast and the chicken were both so good. And the dessert table was right behind us. What more can you ask for?

Great staff. Nice part of town very close to parks shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very nice the room was clean and nice. Check in was a breeze. The pool is nice and has a fun water slide. The parking attendant that was working was amazing she was very nice and friendly.
