This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price. It was priced very reasonably, and included breakfast. Breakfast was good, but even better is the fact that it is located about 3 minutes walk from the falls. I couldn't have asked for better. The room was clean and taken care of. The staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and pleasant during my stay. I would highly recommend.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff and located right across the road from Fallsview Casino. The rates are fair. Free parking and breakfast are added perks. We would visit again and would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Breakfast was Okay, but of course not lot of hotels provide it. Room was just fine hotel looked bit like a lodge from inside as they have another section of the hotel which they probably rent out for cheap. Super convenient location..if you get it cheaper then go for It!!

The outside of the hotel looked decent. But the interiors are pretty up to date not what you would expect comparing to the exterior. More modern than I thought. It was a 2 double bed, and we had a tv. Theres a very nice pool/Jacuzzi . They offer a basic complimentary all you can eat breakfast from 9-11am. We booked the hotel early at a fairly cheap price for a 1 night over stay for $115. Tax included, For the weekend. I would recommend and I will be going back

This hotel/ motel is very nice, we asked for a room on the 3 floor, so we would not have any one above us and we got it, plus our room was right next to the entrance door, in which was great for us.
The room was clean and nice, but not luxurious, in which was o.k. with us.
We also got a free breakfast, all you can eat and free coffee in our room and in the lobby.
We could walk to most every thing.

Great location, standard room with complimentary breakfast! Somewhat old but very clean. Free WiFi and you can actually see a ti y bit of the falls from our room!

Perfect location for a walk to the falls or a show, dinner or gaming at the casino. Free parking, a nice breakfast, lovely pool and hot tub are also special. Our 3rd floor unit didn't have elevator access, but was roomy with convenient plugs, a desk area with comfy desk chair and additional club chair. The redone bath had a vessel sink that was cool. Some units might have fallsviews, some have balconies with chairs.

Great location. Took about 15 mins to walk to falls. Very clean. Was pleasantly surprised that the room did not have carpet. Bed was comfortable. Great parking situation. Breakfast is included and there were many options including hot (eggs, sausage and waffles) choices and cold (cereal, fruit etc) Very large breakfast room.

Terrible customer service, this whole team, house keepers, operations manager Michelle, front desk manager Henry especially all need to be replaced. House keepers propped open my door while I was sleeping when they wanted to get into the room, I have no problem paying for late check out and I made that clear to them. I was staying on ground level room so when I woke up to my door wide open it caused great discomfort for me seeing as anyone could have walked into my room to hurt me or steal my belongings. After I shut the door to get my things together and rush out, I heard the house keeper bad mouthing me to other house keepers. After I told them I'm getting ready to leave they still called my room three times to harass me. I called Henry the manager of the hotel to express my disappointment he was completely unsympathetic. Henry just chose too come up with 100 justifications as to why him and and staff acted the way that they did. Never once apologized for my horrible experience. I stay in many hotels a year for work and never once have I had an experience that even comes close to this. This team is not qualified to run a hotel or work in the hospitality industry based on the way I was treated, if customer service is important to you then I strongly suggest you find somewhere else to stay. I will never return to a quality inn again just based on this one experience.

Great location right across from Fallsview casino and steps to Niagara Falls. We had a great room with a view of the falls and was surprised at how roomy and nice it was. Our room was ready before check in which was really convenient. Free breakfast included in the price which was a great addition. Overall an enjoyable stay in an excellent location.

It was a great stay! The deal price was fair. Rooms were comfortable and clean. A good spread for breakfast buffet. The hot tub water could have been warmer but still usable. Both the pool and hot tub tiles above the water line looked like they could use a cleaning. The staff was fairly friendly but when directly asked about the details of our bill, the front desk staff did not mention that the destination fee was added to the total and we did not see the receipt until the next morning. We had a great time in Niagara Falls and I would stay there again!

Staff appears to be friendly and nice. I had to switch rooms 3 times in 8 days and I recieved no credits from their loyalty club. A nice generous breakfast is included which is exceptional in the area and the east side rooms higher up have a lovely view.

Made reservation on Quality Inn Booking Line and actually spoke to a person. Upon arrival there was no reservation. They did give me a room but not at the rate I was quoted. Would not give a Senior or CAA discount. Front desk not very helpful and knowledge of area poor. Breakfast was OK but not great. Sausages tasted terrible. On the good side the room was good and clean. We were on the 6th floor and had a great view. Hotel in great location.

They are always clean, good deals, free breakfast! And other hotels u need to pay shet. This hotel is much better than best western and Sheraton. The employees r also very polite. We came here many times and loved the beautiful views for Niagara Falls and the tower changing colours. We will celebrate new year again this year there and we booked for cheaper now online.
