We came to the Cinema about 5 minutes after the start of the 4:25 showing. We were sold tickets and went in to sit down. Once the movie ended we thought it was fairly short and came to realize we were sold tickets for the 3:30 showing. My suggestion to anyone, even if you're in a rush, use the computers available. You won't walk into the movie halfway through.

Manager is miserable and unhappy and shouldn't work with people. We wanted to change our tickets and she gave us nothing but problems. I definitely will not be back to this location

Comfortable seating. Should place the ticket terminals so they are more accessible and not at the front of the line for full customer service.

back in the day (2007) always expensive but always skipped classes to go see a movie seats were spacious very comfortable and experience was great. id still go if I didn't live across the city back then it was great, sure it still is now and ya 30 days of night was good here!!

The place maintains satisfactory cleaning standards. Prices are high but don't complain about it to anyone here, if you care call the headquarters. Reclining chairs are a plus and it's close to a ton of shopping areas and restauraunts. It's what you'd expect out of any decent movie theatre.

Amazing recliner seats in all or most of the theaters. Popcorn not too salty. The self service ticketing machines seem to be a work in progress.

Ok. But i prefer the reclining seats on landmark cinemas nowadays. It's bigger and closer to my neighborhood. But this cineplex location is still a 4 star for me because of its proximity to other amenities e.g. restaurants, sunridge mall

Every afternoon showing uses last night's popcorn. For $15 you'd think they wouldn't skimp out. Considering that a bag of popcorn has a food cost of 50¢ a bag. Go to Landmark

I don't go to the theater often so I was surprised at how pricey it was for tickets and snacks. I didnt like the card system for the arcade games. I knew to expect it to be a bit too loud. I loved the Super comfy seats! It is a nice theater and it helps that we saw what might be the best movie I've ever seen.

New reclining seats were very comfy love that you have room to walk through without disturbing people and finally crews go in between each show so very clean keep it up

This was my first visit to this location and I can tell: WHAT A MESS!
This Theater is being renovated and you can tell that it urgently requires renovation. I am glad the movie we went was not packed and that we didn't got assigned seats, since we were juggling to find a seat that wasn't DIRTY (like oil leftovers) Auditorium 3, last row close to the projectors.
And now that it's renovation time, consider to also renovate the sound system, it was an annoying static sound during the whole movie
Definitely not a pleasant time to encourage others.

Great theater. Nice collection compared to other theaters. Near sunridge mall. Why not 5 stars, washrooms are usually messy.

Been going here since was was beyond young lol. This theatre has some great memories with me ( and some not so great ones). But this is my go to theatre and no matter where I am I'd rather go here. I have quite a few friends on staff so there's almost always a friendly face, the popcorn tastes like any other movie pop corn and the drinks taste normal. But the movies and the feels you get are what make going important. And they sure as hell deliver that. I'll be going here for years to come 👍🏻

This is the best Cineplex in town! The arcade is lovely and cheaper than some of the other cineplex arcades in the city. All of them to my knowledge, actually! The cinemas are in great shape, it's not usually too busy.
