Update: the owner reached out less than an hour after I posted this review and apologized. He gave me a free full car detailing to use whenever I please. Was very kind and apologetic, definitely made me feel better about the whole experience!
Most of my experiences have been average I’d say. However, my last one was really not enjoyable. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite accusatory and argumentative, saying the reason my ignition was broken was MY fault because I put WD40 in it and that they couldn’t do anything about it because of that. I had problems with this part before so we used the lubricant as a last resort to try and get the key to turn one final time before we decided it needed a tow. I was also told it was going to cost X amount for parts and labour by the service manager, and when I noticed it was more than 100$ more when I went to pay she argued that that the amount I was told was only for the part, which was incorrect as the service manager fixed the mistake. There was a few other things that happened that really made my experience quite negative, which is really disappointing because I see all of these other positive reviews. I just wish I had received the same treatment and customer service as others seem to have had.response / report this review -

This Volkswagen dealership here in Prince George, BC has a lot of beautiful cars on the lot. One of the most interesting vehicle that caught our eye was the 2021 VW Atlas V6 SUV. The Atlas drives very smooth and is a very luxurious vehicle.
The owner Sunny, has been going above and beyond of helping us!

Amazing service from Hub City. We suddenly had to replace our car after things went wrong and our usual dealership wasn't any help at all!
Hub City helped us pick the perfect vehicle for our needs and price point and made everything super easy! I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone wanting or needing a new vehicle but doesn't want pressure and stress!response / report this review -

We had an unfortunate concern with our previous vehicle that left us unable to make repairs. The brand was unwilling to assist us in this uncomfortable and financially difficult situation. We looked around for options, and in dealing with Hub City we were absolutely blown away by how well we were treated. Not only did they step up to the plate to help us with our current situation, they made it much more financially viable to step in to a replacement vehicle. The team were thoughtfull in ensuring all of our lifestyle needs were met as well as other things we wanted in a vehicle, all while keeping our finances in mind. From the beginning stages through to the purchase, delivery, and even assisting with our registration and insurance, both Sunny and Carlyn were spectacular in how they made us feel truly important to them and to Volkswagen. We couldn't be more impressed or satisfied with the service and our new vehicle. Thank you for everything.

Hub city has always been where I go for parts for my old Volkswagens, but now I've had to upgrade to a new car twice as my family keeps getting bigger. They've helped me out more than words can say. If you want a dealership with absolutely zero pressure, friendly staff, quality products, and a great service department, hub city is where to go!
