Hotel is not in a very nice area of the city. Breakfast was dried out and gross. Stains on the bedding in the room. Floors are uneven. Tap installed incorrectly in the shower so you had to turn it to C for hot water. The tap is also installed so far in, that you basically had to be in the shower to turn it on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for the decent price.
Soundproofing is not good either. Could hear other doors opening and closing all night.response / report this review -

For the past 7 years we have stayed at this location. Every time we are going to travel to Calgary I first check this location. We love it. Close to airport and down town. Very clean and staff are great to deal with. The breakfast is amazing and this hotel is very reasonable compared to other ones. I will strongly recommend you to sign in for Best Western Rewards. We have earned so many free night stays. When ever we travel around the world Best Western is our number one choice to book a hotel. They have the best reputation as a Hotel company. Thank you for looking after our stay at your premises because we feel at home.

Enjoyed our stay here. We are frequent travelers and this was one of the better Best Westerns we've stayed at. Shuttle service to/from hotel was on time and staff very friendly. Front desk staff were very nice. The hotel breakfast was far superior to other hotels. The hasbrowns were amazing and I really appreciated the fact they offered hot fresh boiled eggs along with a large variety of other goods. Standard pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was housekeeping staff ignored our do not disturb sign on our last day and we ended up with an early wake up and no recognition for reward card holders upon check in. Other then that, a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

This Best Western Airport Inn's location is not to far for go to city centre. Their room rate is good. Their services are Ok, but only their breakfast is not too good for me, I rather go to outside to buy a cup of coffee which is better than their hotel's. Their room is clean as the normal.

What a great place! Super impressed with everything. Staff was amazing, rooms were beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was so good and so much to choose from, so many amenities and the price was the best part! Whenever we visit Calgary we will be staying here for sure!!! Thanks 🤗

My friends and family stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed the friendly and caring staff especially Nikita (front desk), Jona (dining) and Anna from housekeeping. I forgot to take all their names but they are all wonderful and even the manager was very helpful to us. The hotel is clean especially the bedroom toilet. Who could go wrong for free parking and free breakfast. By the way, breakfasts were delicious and satisfying! Hotel is also near Calgary Zoo and Sparks! Plus it is always nice to sleep on a very comfy bed after a long and tiring day. On behalf of my friends and family, we rate our stay as perfect 10 😊

We have stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn on numerous occasions. We have not been disappointed and we can highly recommend this hotel. Travelers should be aware that this hotel provides basic services. It's not a fancy place, but it has met our needs on numerous occasions. If prospective travelers are looking for a nice, clean place, and good service, the Best Western Airport Inn will meet your expectations. I should also mention that the complementary breakfast is really well done. For the most part, it's a full breakfast with plenty of choices for travelers.

The room was clean. Bathroom was tiny! Parking lot was even smaller. The breakfast was overall great with a lot of choices. The other guests were really rowdy. Front desk was very nice. Pool was small.
