Stayed here for an overnight trip. Good, basic accommodation. Clean, recently updated rooms, reasonable parking ($15 in downtown!), included basic breakfast, and very good staff. I will definitely stay here again. Maybe the best value for money in the city core.

Clean lobby and room. Comfortable bed. Great location. I typically have high standards when it comes to hotels and I'd stay here again.

Cheaper alternative so that's why we booked, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent, but coffee was terrible. Building is older with lower quality finishes. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which was inadequate and noisy. Staff weren't terribly polite or helpful. Had to park off-site. We were there for a shopping trip and it was close to the Core shopping mall and other amenities.

Great place to stay. Awesome room and service. Outside of hotel is getting work done but the inside is very nice.

Easy to find. Nice Kitchen. Rooms for the kids. Not too much room noise. Clean. Comfy beds. Lots of space. Good bargain. Overflow parking.

Location of the hotel is decent being in the downtown area, but in direct proximity there isn't much. Bang for your buck it's not too bad as the rooms are quite large and rest areas are comfortable.

The bathrooms in these rooms are extremely small and beyond uncomfortable. Front desk staff are not interested in anything more than checking you in and getting back to staring at their computer monitor.

Breakfast is included which is a nice touch especially considering the friendly serving/cleaning staff.

Overall the stay was fine but don't expect a 5-star experience.

Really loved the room when we first arrived, really didn't like how our credit card got charged twice and are still trying to resolve it 2 days later.

The aesthetics of the room were great. Very nice and large in size. A/C took a while to cool down the room though.

Travelers also note there is no mention of the mandatory off-site parking (about a city block away) and you get charged for said parking outside of the hotel fees ($15). As someone with a bad knee and back this would have been wonderful to know ahead of time.

Good room. Large king size bed, enough space for luggage and good sized kitchen. Bathroom was normal, however it took a few minutes before there was any hot water in the shower. Location close to park was nice. Due to Easter, Calgary was very quiet so it is difficult to say if this is the perfect location.

Check in was a little later than I'm used to (4 pm), but that didn't bother me. The lobby is very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable- there is a stove, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher which is a huge bonus, especially if you're staying more than one night. Location is great, right in the downtown core. The one thing I didn't like was that parking was an extra $15/day, which I wasn't aware of when booking and I found a little annoying. I could've gotten a nicer hotel room (or a cheaper one of the same quality) had I factored in the parking fee.

I was there for less than 12 hours. My one interaction with the clerk at 1:30 am was pleasant. He was very helpful.

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location. Got a good deal on a two night stay and feel like I got my money's worth in comparison to similarly priced hotels.

Decent hotel. Suites are nice, clean and quite. No restaurant. Subway is accross the street. Would stay again.
