Overall it was fine. I found it odd that to get to the first floor room (and elevators) you had to go up 5-6 steps. There was no ramp. Made it interesting for luggage with wheels. Not too sure what someone with a wheelchair would do. The room I had had an issue with the bathroom. The plug in both the tub and tge bathroom sink did not work. water could not stay in either of them. The room was cleaned wonderfully each day. The restaurant did not have much of a selection.

Very nice rooms. The staff are always very helpful and nice! The conference rooms are good size, but need a serious decor & tech update. They could also be much brighter, so it's not depressing :)

I stayed with with lots of hotels during our trip from Ontario. I encountered and observed different front services agent. This hotel is exceptional, the moment we entered the hotel entrance. The guy Hermie well give you the sweetest smile very welcoming. I am not so sure if he is the manager or a front desk staff. The best customer service we ever have had experience, Hermie was absolutely professional. I love the way he accommodate and explained to us about the amenities of the hotel while smiling, such a pleasant and vibrant personality.
The room was great, but the most importantly, the sense of pride that we are treated like a family away from home is a huge deal. diffinitely will come back next summer. My wife and myself is pleased with the great service.response / report this review -

We went only to the restaurant and had dinner. Though the food sounded good and looked good, the taste didn't match up!! Unfortunately the burger was very very greasy and did not have good flavour, especially since the bun was tiny!! I was so sad because then the chicken sandwich was really dry! Though the French fries and pub chips were good! Then the debit was down(which isnt allows controllable) But she didn't tell us until after our meal was done and we only had debit. So we had to go downstairs to get cash for her! Was an unfortunate date night :(

Very convenient location. Had all amenities I was looking for and price was reasonable. The room was clean and well stocked. There was no "wow" factor but it was just for one night and well let's be honest it's a holiday inn by the Calgary airport. Not expecting the Ritz Carlton. Nonetheless I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing cheap accommodation.

The service was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. They obviously went through a renovation recently, rooms were nicely modern. Glass shower door, bathroom completely tiled, looked very well done. Only downside was our AC wasn't working quite right, didn't notice until middle of night and the room warmed up too much. They apologized and made it right with my bill. Great service.

Great stay at this location. Service was quick and friendly. Condition of room was good as expected. Only problem is that it takes 15 mins if not more to get hot water at the sink and shower (not exaggerated). Toiletries include shampoo and conditioner in gel form and a facial/body soap bar. Room includes blow dryer but not electric water kettle.

This hotel location is right off the TransCanada Highway, close to downtown and the airport. No complimentary breakfast, which kind of sucks, but they have Keurig which is kind of good. It would be nice if the coffee station had real cream. We had a king size room, the king bed was comprised of two twin beds put together, which made things kind of weird. The hotel was clean and the staff very kind. On the top floor, there is a large window with a great view of the mountains and the city skyline.

Service is fast. Beds are soft. Everything is clean. Shower is soooooo nice. Fridge and microwave Most of all the Keurig! Thanks Holiday inn. We love you!

Very nice and upscale holiday Inn! Great front staff and an excellent restaurant! Lots of meeting rooms for businesses and nice upscale rooms. Very enjoyable stay extremely good choice for the price range!

Room was clean but the spacing in the bathroom made the toilet unusable if you needed to sit down. I was in the hands accessible room and couldn't use the toilet. Everything else was fine except for that. The room almost seemed like it was shoehorned into the 4th floor.
