Located very close to the airport which was super convenient for us as we were passing through Calgary en route to BC for a ski vacation and had to pick someone up coming off a flight. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. Our daughter had a blast in the swimming pool. Good location if you are heading out of town and don't want to deal with a bunch of city traffic.

Had supper in the restaurant. we had a burger and fries. It was a fantastic burger and hands down the best fries we have ever had. prices were reasonable and service was good. Such a nice treat to have a good restaurant on site instead of having to go find one!!! way to go Freeport Best Western! We also were able to plug in our
diesel truck, that is so appreciated! Great location too. close to the airport, yet rooms so soundproof we didn't hear any of them even though they were regularly taking off from the airport.response / report this review -

Our experience with this hotel was amazing. I had booked the wrong typeof suite. They were sold out, and offered a cot for additional sleeping. As the hotel was sold out they did not have any cots left. They went to a local store and bought one. It was delivered to our room with all the linens as
well. The staff here is amazing. The hotel is very clean. Our King Suite with Jacuzzi tub was wonderful and well laid out.response / report this review -

Great value in this clean, great access hotel. Room was tidy, everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and clean. The omelette, sausages and waffle breakfast was fantastic. Did not get the cooks name but she was very friendly and seemed like she really enjoyed her job. Refreshing!

Close to the airport and has a parking program. Have stayed at the hotel twice now. Well kept rooms, clean and all the amenities you require. Front desk staff pleasant. Great breakfast buffet with omelette bar. Staff attending the buffet very helpful - clearing dishes from table and attending to buffet.
Shuttle to the airport was efficient both departing from hotel and when needing pick up from airport. Will stay here again when flying out of Calgary.response / report this review -

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, modern and professional. This was my second stay and it was as good if not better than the first. The staff here are so helpful and courteous. Definitely my hotel of choice when in Calgary. Thanks for the great hospitality!!

Another great stay at the BW! From your arrival to departure, you feel right at home. Lots of parking, comfortable beds, and great breakfasts are only the start of your enjoyment. Great fitness centre and pool area, guest laundry and a relaxing bar during the evening makes this a great place to stay in the Calgary North area. Hidden gem that is easily accessed from the highway and close to everything you need. Highly recommend this location.

Right by airport, great staff. Although this hotel usually serves more singles/business folks, they had all we needed to travel with our toddler too (high chair, crib, etc) and were very accommodating with any special requests. And a special thank you to Helen, the breakfast supervisor for making our son so welcome :) The omelette station and waffle makers at the included breakfast were fantastic, too.

Well-lit parking lot made my car feel safe. Vegetarian-friendly restaurant in the hotel. Courteous front desk staff offered to print Google directions to nearby restaurant. Good looking room. Tv channel guide in binder, along with nearby restaurant suggestions, as well as hotel restaurant menu. Excellent spot to stay near Calgary airport, and, it is close to city freeway access, which can quickly slingshot you anywhere in Calgary.

Trip is a short distance from hotel and very handy for overnight stays. It was relatively quiet, you could barely hear airplanes taking off. A relatively new hotel with exceptional service from all staff from reception, room cleaning, airport shuttle and breakfast service. Room was very spacious with sitting area. Bed was very comfortable and choice of pillows. Good assortment of amenities in the bathroom. Everything spotless. Breakfast was most exceptional. The assortment was awesome - waffles, bacon, eggs, hash browns, omelets on demand, toast, pastries,juices and hot drinks. There is a 24/7 shuttle service which was great as we arrived after 11:00, drivers were helpful and friendly.

We always have a fantastic and comfortable time staying at Best Western hotel and our kids enjoy the buffet breakfast I just wish there were more choices for people who don't eat meat. But over all it was a good time. Room is big and kids love how fast internet is.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have loved it. The rooms as clean and fresh. The front desk is always helpful. We usually stay here because of the close proximity to the airport, very easy access to the park and jet!

This is a beautiful new hotel that I would recommend to everyone. Great location and extremely clean. Thank you! Staff were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Calgary. Very close to the airport and although it is out of the way a bit there is a free shuttle to the airport then you can hop on a bus to go downtown. Full hot breakfast was included and was delicious.

Check in staff on Saturday afternoon were attentive and professional - in spite of us arriving at a shift change. There were issues with the lock in the first room we were assigned, we were taken down a floor to an identical room - not a problem at all from our point of view. All in all the room was comfortable and clean as was the pool. Staff was professional and helpful. We always enjoy staying at this particular Best Western Premier Hotel.

Shuttle service from Calgary airport arrived quickly, but we had a mix up, since there are three Best Western hotels near the airport, and a different shuttle arrived first.
The clock on the hotel sign was an hour behind, and the alarm clock by the bed wasn't set to current time either.
When we checked in, the clerk suggested we take Grab & Go breakfast in the morning, which was perfect for us, since we had to leave at 5 am to catch a flight.
We enjoyed bottled water ready in the room, and had a lovely meal with great service in the restaurant. Liberty Burger is the best!
Our bed was great, but our short night of sleep was interrupted at 2 am by a very loud plane taking off overhead.
Although the staff is great, and the hotel has all the amenities we expect, we would consider a location not directly on flight paths another time.response / report this review
