I like the clothes but experienced sub par service. While there was a 5 people line up at the cashier, the store manager was more interested in processing purchases made by a fellow employee than dealing with the customers = one less star.

The flagship store for the Banana Republic name. The store is beautifully laid out. Top notch customer service. The associate was able to help me find what I was looking for and ensure I had the right sizing.

Very helpful staff. Spent about 600$ the last time I was there. Much more selection than their smaller stores. I preferred when the men's sections was downstairs though. Good quality clothes for a decent price

Great customer service, both online and in-store. I had an item I ordered online which suffered from a defect in workmanship. I found a store nearby with a suitable replacement and was able to present my proof-of-purchase and exchanged the items with no hassle. Wonderful experience and just another reason I stay loyal to BR. Shout out to team leader Sarah who took care of me.
