My sister has been with this Ford's location since she bought her first car, a Ford Focus, back in 2012. Fast forward to 2017: I was in need of purchasing my first car and my sister recommended me Sandra Chen, who also helped her since 2012. Best decision I have made this year! I bought my first car, a Ford Focus 2017 Hatchback, and Sandra made the whole process easy! She was also very thorough and answered all my concerns. This location, especially Sandra Chen, has become a family to my sister and I, and we will continue going to her with her fantastic customer service. She also added a little Christmas present for me and I am beyond grateful. Sandra will go above and beyond to make her customers happy. Thank you, Sandra! I will see you again next time.

Excellent customer service and easy to deal with. Bryan Defreitas is very friendly and accommodating. He tried his best in giving me a good deal. He’s extremely helpful and he took care of me, he helped me out with everything and answered all my questions. All the people working there are awesome actually. Best customer service for a car dealership . Highly recommend Bryan!

Best service ever from Brad today! After a terrible experience last week elsewhere, and that's truly an understatement, I was actually at a loss for words today which trust me never happens! Started with a leak from our car over a week ago. The other place had car for 2 days last week and called us to say it was ready for pick up when in reality after it was still leaking came to find out they never even worked on the car at all and were too busy to look at it now. Called East-Court yesterday and told bring in today anytime after 730. Imagine my surprise when my husband walked in the door at 820 (we are 2 buses away) only to find they shuttled him home. By 850 Brad had called with the diagnosis. We had not 1 but 2 leaks and he told us parts in stock, damage is covered under warranty and car will be ready between 12 and 2 today! He called again an hour before it was ready, arranged a shuttle to pick husband up AND installed our new windshield wipers no charge! We've been driving for decades and honestly today was the best service we've ever received. Thank you Brad and team! We are extremely happy with the service received today and highly recommend your establishment.

I wish i could leave more than 5 stars here. Words cant describe the genuine customer service I've received from here. Sammy has been our family's go-to guy for 8 years now. He is there any time we need a professional opinion, service, or with any questions or concerns. He is genuine, honest, caring, and knowledgeable. Time and time again he's gone above and beyond to take care of our needs, always listens to our concerns and makes unique recommendations based on our needs. We just leased our 3rd vehicle from him. I recommend him to anyone looking for an honest sales consultant who has the customer's best interest at heart

I was referred to Mike by a co-worker and I'm so happy I went. I ordered one of the first 2018 F150s and got an incredible price. Better than other dealers were offering for a 2017! He made the sale very easy. He's the only dealer I've been to that feels like he's working with me instead of against me. I will definitely be a return customer at the end of this lease.

I just leased a Ford Edge 2017 last July 28,2017 . After 6 days in my possession , Ford East Court Lincoln called me that the vehicle has a recall .I brought the car to their shop last August 03,2017 and until now Sept 05 ,2017 (one month) there is no clear picture as to when the repair will be fixed. I deleted my previous positive reviews because I am frustrated that they sold to me the vehicle that is subject for a recall. I am demanding for a new vehicle replacement. Let us see how they will resolve this issue.

Excellent Service: it's not often when service by car dealership qualify to be excellent. There is always something that is less than desired. Brad of this service center provided us service that would qualify as excellent.
The other Ford dealership that sold us the vehicle gave us lot of attitude and won't give appointment soon enough.
Whereas Brad in this dealership, right from answering our call for fixing a Ford recall to getting it fixed, pick up and drop off from the dealership, to keeping us informed of the progress in inspection, everything was done on or earlier than promised. Please don't hesitate to contact Brad for any car services.

We recently purchased a 2017 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback at East-Court Ford Lincoln. Our Sales Associate Peter Manns was extremely courteous and accommodating. He worked hard to ensure that we received the best value for the car we were trading in, and also made sure that we got the best deal for our new vehicle, and also threw in a few free perks such as free oil and filter changes. We were so impressed with the quality of customer service we received and would highly recommend Peter. We would not hesitate to go back.

Very happy with my experience working with Sandra Chen (Leasing manager). I had a 2015 ford lease and wanted to trade it in with 1 year and 4 months left when I first approached her. She helped me with the trade in without any penalty and a good deal on my new vehicle.

Service staff tricked my dad into changing all four discs at 60 000 km for almost 1000 dollars when the discs don't need changing until at least 100 000. They've been pestering us ever since we hit 30 000 every time we go in for oil change with this BS about how our brake pads are already "bald". Yeah, don't trust the service staff here, you go in for an oil change and they'll try to get you to replace your whole car if they can get away with it. They'll pretty much try to steal your hard earned money with their sales tactics, scaring you into thinking your car is going to explode if you don't spend a couple hundred to fix random things.
Wouldn't be surprised if these guys pay for good reviews on google because they've been two star for two years and suddenly they get 300 new reviews and jump up to 4 stars? Notice how all these 5 star reviews have full names of sales staff attached to them? Hallmark of buying good reviews.response / report this review -
